To start, the house does look as described. The problem exists when trying to utilize any of the additional spaces that is described, such as game room and back room with pool table, as the air condition kept the room at a consistent 85 degrees despite what you put it on. Then while I was taking a shower, my friend went to take a shower upstairs and water started pouring on my from the upstairs bathroom to the shower that I was in. She explained that it’s a dip in the tub in the middle and was scared to step on it while showering. So in no time, mold is soon to come if it isn’t there already as the upstairs shower pours into the downstairs, not drizzle, but POURS. We all thought someone was running a bath but it was someone taking a bath upstairs with the water pouring. The pool was nice, aside from the bees nest on the shallow end house was pretty dated but was ok. Beds were comfortable. In summary, Can’t use half of the house due to excessive heat and limited cooling Can’t use the upstairs shower without water pouring from the ceiling.

Please run the opposite way from this property. This property sits in a low income area. The pics are decieving. The walls are patched up with DYI kits and not painted..the floors were dirty..the towels were in the washer wet and some in the dryer..they had holes in them..some were hanging in the bathrooms(dirty with make up stains) dirty cups on counter..no trash bag liners, toothbrush left in living room, clothes hanger hanging on curtain rod. The front door dead bolt lock is not really secured. Might need to place chair or something in front of the door..thin curtains in the whole house..u can see everything goin on in there..zero privacy up front...i reached out to the Managment team and she said i waited too long to tell them..it was less than 48hrs..please run away from this property!!!

It was a great property location. Super close to the strip and fremont along with lots of resturants. Lots of room. The poker room is great. The ac works very well. Only complaint is the cleanliness. The pool was pretty dirty and cold. And the shower liners curtains along with bath mats were pretty dirty. But they do have a washer ans dryer so we just rewashed the towels. Great stay overall 4 stars

Overall, the house was disappointing. The pool was extremely dirty. The walls were patched up with different colors. One of the bathrooms was out of service. The floors were extremely dirty. The living room air conditioning did not work which made the room extremely hot. The only good thing I can say about this property is it was pretty spacious and had a pool table. If I can describe the property with one word, it would be FILTHY. Highly dissatisfied. Do not recommend.

I would like to find out how I can get a refund for my stay? Place wasn’t ready for our arrival. It was very dirty. Sheets were also dirty and flip upside down. Couldn’t use kitchen and one bathroom was out of service. I contacted management right away but issues weren’t addressed.
