Four floors of HORRIBLE STAIRS and NO LIFT...

Nothing. Cleanliness was average as in most places on booking.com

1. HORRIBLE STAIRS- The owner claims that, he mentioned on booking.com, but I didn't found anywhere about four floors stair and no lift, so may be he mentioned where no one sees. I was highly disappointed with the stairs. It's not at all just stairs. It's four floors to climb and in complete darkness, that too very risky due to narrow and slippery. The stair passage is completely dark due to completely enclosed and no sunlight. There's light which closes in every one minute and then it's again complete darkness. There's a button on every floor which is needed to press everytime. And, when you've to take luggage with you and you are on middle of stairs and the lights get off, you become completely blind and can't find the light switch easily and the luggage also can't be left on stairs. You have to be very very careful with the situation because you can even fall down with luggage or slip or anything that's too risky. The passage of stair is also narrow. It's broad only at ground level, after that it's narrow. For above average person it's not easy. 2. Small Bathroom - In pictures you may feel it's big but the bathroom is very small (suffocating). The shower cabin is like you are in coffin. Just stand still. And if you open the doors the floor becomes wet. 3. No staff at all, no body meets you. It's self check-in and self check-out and later you get list of policies and rules. 4. The owner Mr. Iwan don't recieve calls and on WhatsApp, he replies long times later, means till then either you drop or manage the situation. The stairs are really a big disappointment. Even if the property is vintage, the owner should be very transparent with the Guests to take their own responsible decision. Also, the owner can provide porter service with either bearing the charge or by giving option of porter service with charges to guests.

Very comfortable and centrally located. We had all amenities we wanted (laundry, coffee machine, large tv with netflix). Host was also very helpful and responsive

We had a lovely time here!

Loved the location and ample kitchen facilities! Check-in/out was fuss-free and instructions provided were clear for us.

Do note that there'll be quite a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the accomodation so for those with heavy luggages, be prepared for a workout ;)

My go-to place to stay in Chur!

Its the second time I've stayed in a month, I think that says it all! A great place if you're in Chur! It has a great big Telly!

Perfect place to stay in Chur!

This is quite possibly the best private host full apartment stay I have ever had. Its really good. They have really thought about all the little touches; high quality towels, a 75" smart TV with all the streaming services, oil, vinegar, spices, and all the necessary pans for cooking, a top of the line coffee machine, welcoming temperature ... I could go on. its a fantastic apartment design with the bedroom up a spiral staircase, and I could have happily stayed here for the longer term. Its in the 'old town' which is nice, and there are shops/supermarket and restaurants around. One of the rare ones that rates 10/10 and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if its available.

The directions to find the apartment didn't mention that its on the 4th(?) floor so there's a lot of stairs to climb, and it wasn't clear to me that I had to go up them at first. Its quite a walk from the train station.

Lovely place, well situated and excellent apartment

Very well maintained apartment, very clean. We arrived early and leaving our luggage at the property was very appreciated. A special thanks to the cleaner who made us both a glass of water as we were struggling after conquering the stairs. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need, and the tv was amazing! Apartment is very close to the main town. A lovely stay
