Espectacular para familias

Pues la terraza porche, las 3 piscinas comunitarias, las zonas comunes super cuidadas, los parques para niños. Cerca de todo y muy tranquilo. Volveremos

Todo. El apartamento está nuevo y muy limpio, las terrazas son impresionantes y la urbanización con las piscinas también están muy bien. Irene y Emma nos dieron una atención excelente, siempre disponibles para lo que necesitáramos.

Apartamento ideal para unos dias en familia

Limpieza, todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, amplitud, piscinas y todo muy nuevo

Tiene cafetera pero no te dejan ni una capsula, te dejan una monodosis de aceite y otra de vinagre, en el baño nada, tuve que escribirles porque el anuncio decia que habia amenities y no habia ni champu ni jabon de manos, me trajeron champu, gel y jabon de manos. La playa andando está bastante lejos, pero la urbanizacion vale la pena. Nos tocó un bajo con la terraza en el patio de la urbanizacion, no tiene nada de privacidad, yo pediria cualquier planta menos la baja con vista al patio 😊

Vacaciones en familia

El piso tenía todo lo imprescindible para vivir. Las camas muy cómodas. La cocina muy bien equipada. El piso muy amplio. Hay dos parques infantiles y mucha zona comunitaria, además de 3 piscinas. Cerca hay un supermercado con todo.

That it is located within walking distance to the beach & restaurants.That the appartment is trendy & fairly new

Worst check in I had to deal with,so stressfull.After numerous emails & whatsapp you get told you have to download an app on your phone and get given a long number to reach your booking on it, to allow you to open the front door of your appartment .You can ONLY open the door using the app,your phone and bluetooth EVERY day during your stay ... .plus another digital code to enter the complex on a touch screen outside the complex.Feels like high secure prison/ hospital .I had booked 3 bedrroms with 2 double beds plus 2 single beds with seaview but I got ONLY 1 double bed... with 3 single beds .Also ONLY 1 toilet roll for 2 bathrooms...,no hand towells,no kitchen towells .Late on the 2nd day , we received more toilet papers but I had already been to the shop by then and another option to stay was offered with apologies but still NOT the right reservation I had booked with NO seaview ...so I declined because we would had to pack again and we were only staying 3 nights.Also 2 of the wardrobes do not fit dresses never mind long ones and there is another residence getting build opposite so from all the bedrooms you had no privacy and noises from builders.We tried 1 night to watch a film but the Wifi was so poor ,the film kept posing so we gave up at the end. .Overhall I am extremely dissapointed as I strongly feel the building work and the way you have to use your phone at all time to enter your appartment should be mention in the advertising and with having few appartments someone should be available in person nearby .I was promised a compensation but more than a week back and still not received anything

Sehr komplizierte online- Registrierung. Die Verwalterin war nicht kompetent, sie wusste nicht mal, dass die Busse nach Motril und Salabrena fahren. Der Toaster hat nicht funktioniert.

EXCELENTE ESTANCIA

El apartamento es increíble. Tiene de todo. Piscina privada de agua salada, por lo que no te apetece ir a la playa (está a 10 minutos andando). Cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado centralizado y ventiladores (usamos los ventiladores la mayor parte del tiempo porque te helabas con el aire) Terraza equipada de todo y muy grande con vistas al campo de golf. Colchones y almohadas super cómodas. En fin, estancia de 10. Dar las gracias al propietario por tener este apartamento de gran lujo. La urbanización donde está ubicado el apartamento muy cuidada y limpia con 3 piscinas públicas (para usuarios de urbanización, claro está), zona de juegos infantiles y gimnasio (no pude utilizarlo a pesar que fui 3 veces, pero estaba cerrado. La de la agencia me proporcionó una llave, pero tiene 2 cerraduras). Destacar también la amabilidad del personal de la agencia inmobiliaria (David, Andrea e Irene). Nos recibieron para darnos las llaves (electrónicas) y nos explicaron todo. Al lado un supermercado muy bueno. Excelente estancia. Si me es posible, reservaré para el año que viene. Un saludo.

Excellent stay,private pool!

Everything was very good! Lux towels,beds,pillows,furniture etc. Private pool was great to have! The pool is not very deep,but it was still ok.

Bastante bien pero...

La limpieza y las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas. El balcón increíble con vistas al campo de golf. Las televisiones y electrodomésticos eran muy buenos, al igual que el colchón. Hay un supermercado nuevo justo debajo del bloque y un bar con tortitas y desayunos.

No había mantas ni utensilios de baño de cortesía (jabón gel, cepillo de dientes). Además cuenta con electrodomésticos para la cocina pero no tiene enchufes en la encimera, por lo que hay que enchufar el tostador debajo de la tele. Como recomendación llevar algun ladrón o alargador para solucionarlo. Tuvimos un problemilla de hormigas pero se solucionó.

Brilliant for for pool, beach and mountains.

High quality, clean, perfect location on the pool for our nieces. loved the fans and air/con together.

really minor things that will be easy to fix with feedback: get a key fob rather than the key for the parking, oven gloves, plastic cups as an option for kids, some form of shade on the terrace which is unusable until the sun sets otherwise. a key for that gate from the terrace to the pool so we done need to carry iPhones to the pool or leave the main door open so kids can go back and forth.
