Exceptional

We LOVED our little flat inside the beautiful, old part of Famagusta. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We are travelling with our 4-months-old child and they provided a small baby bed for him, which was extremely nice. The interior design of the comfy and well equipped flat is beautifully selected. All restaurants, Cafés and sights of the walled city are in short walking distance. For us Templar guesthouse was the perfect place to experience Famagusta and the area around. And we are happy to have met Berke and his family. Thank you for everything!

Superb

Spacious rooms. Warm with good air-conditioning. A nice big shower with hot water. A very clean bathroom. The rooms are very clean and the towels as well.

I didn't like the steps. A bit tiring after a long walk in the city. I didn't like the chairs in the room. They are a bit uncomfortable.

What a lovely place - stylish, comfortable, great location yet very calm and peaceful

A really lovely five night stay over New Year in this lovely ground floor flat, fantastically located within the old city walls of Famagusta. Berkel, the son of the owners was a great communicator and kept in touch leading up to my stay, collected me and drove me the short distance to the guesthouse which was enormously kind. Berkel owns a sandwich shop a couple of doors up from the best restaurant in town, Aspava, both of which are worth a visit. The house is clean and tidy, has a well equipped kitchen, there is a washing machine in the bathroom which is clean and modern with an easy to use hot water timer heater. The sitting room is very comfortable, there are tourist information leaflets, if you have a Netflix account, you can use that on the tv. Efficient and quiet air con is throughout which can also be used for heating too if it is cool. Very good internet speed and free wi-fi. I have to mention the bed! The most comfortable bed I slept in my entire stay away from home, with noticeably good quality linen. There are two bedrooms, one double and another large bedroom with two good sized single beds. Lots of towels available, clean smelling and fluffy. There's a lovely courtyard garden with a table and chairs at the back of the house which is very calm and extremely quiet, despite being less than five minute's walk away from the lovely restaurants, coffee and sandwich shops. The house has a lovely and stylish feel about it, everything feels very new and refurbished, with a lot of thought and attention paid to it. Can't praise the place or recommend it highly enough - really well located, lovely place and lovely people - thank you!

There was nothing I did not like, the guesthouse was lovely, set in a fantastic location though calm and peaceful, lovely people, thoroughly recommend.
