About this apartment rental

Located in a beautiful coastal villa and one of only three apartments in the building, this apartment is the perfect home away from home no matter what you're looking for in Cape Town. Take advantage of the large private balcony giving you breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic Lion's Head Mountain overlooking the sea. Relax in the open-plan living area and whip up some good food in the well-equipped kitchen, or head out to one of the nearby restaurants and cafes for some local cuisine – there are plenty of fantastic options. You'll be able to enjoy the fresh sea breeze right from the moment you wake up, with glass doors in the bedroom leading right outside. Draw the blinds at dusk or watch spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your bed for a romantic evening. It's only a short walk across the road to Camps Bay beach, where you can stroll along the golden sands and watch the waves crash against the shore. You'll easily be able to explore one of Cape Town's most affluent and popular neighbourhoods on foot, but if you don't mind taking a short drive further afield then you'll find yourself truly spoiled for choice in how to spend your days. Lace up your hiking boots for more rugged terrain and try your hand at hiking one of the local mountains, whether it's the iconic Lion's Head or the famous Table Mountain. Or, if you're not much of a hiker but you still want to see the sights, you can take the cable car to the peak instead. Whatever you decide to do, return to this apartment after a long day and sit out on the balcony listening to the ocean as the sun sets, and toast to another day well spent. Home truths: *There is free parking on-premises here for one car *This home is located on the first floor with no lift *It's best to be conservative with water here due to droughts in the area, so shorter showers and turning off taps where possible are appreciated *It's possible you may hear noise from your neighbours during your stay *We think the kitchen is better suited to lighter bites than large meals *The entrance to this home is shared with the building's other residents *Linens, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic toiletries are provided by your host *A weekly mid-stay clean is offered for stays longer than eight days
