I stay for a week and the unit was all that I needed. Very happy I stayed and would stay again in the future.

Unit was new and clean with lots of space and a comfy bed and linen. There was a ceiling fan and AC unit which I did not use since the nights were cool enough to sleep. The shower was lovely with amply hot water. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. Matt was very responsive & helpful.

The parking was a wee bit of a challenge to back in but I soon got the hang of it. One could go turn around further up the road.

We were in Paradise, everything can be dealt with!

Comfortable bed, great location for adventures around the island.

Parking is a bit tight to get in and out of easily due to one lane shared driveway.

Matt was a great and accommodating host and also provided a list of things to see and do.

I loved the modern look of the studio and liked the rural setting.

Tricky backing out of parking spot. Must be willing to drive uphill/downhill on narrow roads at times on the Big Island all around.

Great Place to stay

Great place to stay. Great Host. Would definitely come back.

The AC and the Fridge are noisy. It's one large room so you hear everything. But if you switch them off it was totally fine.

Matt was gracious, responsive, and resourceful. good recommendations on where to visit (beaches, restaurants, etc…)

the location was great as it provided a southern route to the Volcano and northern route to downtown Kona.

the back out parking when leaving the property was a task maneuvering down the long driveway without hitting the railing and/or plants-trees

We loved the quiet area. Plenty of room for the two of us. Matt, our host, was very helpful and gave good recommendations of places to eat and visit!

The studio was very clean and comfortable.

Considering that our first night at the Kamuela Inn cost $250 and included continental breakfast, it would have been nice if the cost was a little lower.

Great place to stay!

Interior was all new and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and the host were very friendly. Wish I would have picked more days to stay. I didn’t want to leave. Great place!

Matt is a great host and met us to show us his property would come here again in a heartbeat ; he’s working on the outside but the inside is fantastic modern flare ,!,, close to everything great little town. Book it .
