It is a truly delightful home. Everything has been thought of to make a stay there thoroughly enjoyable. We can’t thank the owners enough for thinking of and providing for everything you could want in a home away from home.

Fantastic family get away

Absolutely perfect for family get away. Loved everything about this property. Stayed with babies to teenagers and the property provided something to keep all entertained the whole time. Good, fast and easy communication with owners. Highly recommend and will be rebooking again soon.

Great family home

Spacious home with all amenities you could need for a getaway with friends or family. Close walking distance to beach and short drive into Busselton town. House is located in a quiet residential area. Very clean and comfortable

Marathon weekend

Location was great. Only a 10minute walk to the beach. Very quiet street and location. Was equipped with everything you would need. Loved the theatre room.

Parking for 2 cars only when the house slept up to 8 people and no back garden.

The best Holiday House

We loved our stay at Broadwater. The house is huge and the main living area flooring is great and easy to keep clean. The beds are so comfortable. There are lots of games to keep the kids entertained and they were excited to be able to scoot around the area as the traffic was quiet. We can't wait to book again.

We stayed during New Years so it was busy. It can be tricky to leave the Broadwater area and turn right onto Bussell Highway so just be patient and take your time as we almost saw a crash.
