The architecture of the house was designed to make the most of its natural surroundings, decorated in the African style, the work of the great Israeli decorator Mooni EzraCom. The mansion has a large wooden deck with a beautiful view of the sea and the beaches that surround the place. You can enjoy and be enchanted by the sunset every day from the sun loungers or from the wonderful infinity pool of the house, which faces the sea. Due to its strategic location, on top of a rock formation, you will feel like you are floating on the waters of the sea.
The property has a spacious outdoor area with balcony, dining table, beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea and mountains, sun loungers, whirlpool, steam room, 02 decks totaling about 400m² projected over the sea, and a beautiful garden designed by the famous landscape artist and painter Roberto Burle Marx.
Located inside a gated community with 24-hour security, it has 2 covered parking spaces. It has a helipad and private area at Praia da Ferradurinha, 300 meters from the left corner of Geribá, the place is ideal for families with children, as both beaches have calm seas.

Standard Daily Rate: BRL 6,000.00 per day
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Unheated pool.
Internet Fiber 400 mega.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
The property has employees, daily rate aside. Homemade: R$ 150 to 200 per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, she helps with the barbecue and in the kitchen, shopping at the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: R$ 150 to 200 per day. She always keeps the house clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): R$ 200 to 300 per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen help (optional): R$ 150 to 200 per day. Help the cook.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2 pm – after office hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12:00 pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside of office hours.
PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events on the property.
The house is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who is the holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulation of the condominium.
