About this apartment rental
Prime location in Lakeview, steps from the Southport Corridor, only one mile from Wrigley! My fantastic four bedroom apartment is the perfect home base for any group of travelers staying in the magnificent Windy City. The best dining, shopping, and entertainment are abundant in this hot Chicago neighborhood, and downtown is just a train ride away. You'll love the gorgeous exposed brick walls throughout the home as well as the thoughtful design and furnishings. Don't miss out on this opportunity!
Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.
Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.
Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.
1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.
2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property. Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.
3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.
4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.
5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.
6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.
7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.
8.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
9.) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

Great location to go to Wrigley field. Very nice and safe neighborhood. We parked the car and were able to walk everywhere for 3 days.

Awesome loft style property with easy access to the entire city. We went to the beach and the zoo and the game with three Littles in tow. Plenty of space for our group of 7 in nice clean neighborhood. Close to grocery store

A bit undersupplied: no spatula, ironing board but no iron. Bare minimum of everything else.
Beds are good but squeaky. Bathrooms shared between each pair of bedrooms.

Family came to town to celebrate a graduation. This rental was in a great location to get the bus to transfer to the train. House is comfortable albeit a bit loud (wooden floors above). Kitchen is adequate, though if you plan to really cook, you may need to bring some of your own tools.

This property was in a great location for our family vacation. We were centrally located with access to a number of restaurants and shops. The apartment is also HUGE and made for a comfortable stay.

It is always a challenge to please a large group when it comes to a place to stay, but this place was perfect! Close enough to get to the hotspots, quiet enough to get away to relax and plenty of space to stretch out. We would book again without question!

Being in Chicago for a tradeshow, this property gave my coworkers and I a great alternative to the expensive hotels, with plenty of space for privacy, and a better feel of what Chicago living has to offer. The communcation with the host was exceptional, the rooms were clean, and all essentials were there to make for a hassle free stay. The property had a cool vibe to it with the brick walls, open AC ducts, and hardwood floors. The neighborhood felt very safe and had convenient restaurants and stores like Whole Foods in walking distance. We will definitely keep this location in mind for future stays.

Agree with previous reviews. Place was spotless and spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. Location so convenient with easy access to Whole Foods and all the nearby restaurants on Southport. Guests said pipes can be a little noisy when unit went on in some of the bedrooms but nothing super disruptive. Highly recommend.

This property was the perfect place for our family to base out of for a week in Chicago. Our group ranged in age from 5 to 92. Whole Foods is just a block away. Wrigley is an easy 10-15 minute walk. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen and baths are spotless. Very spacious closets. Really appreciated little things like starter coffee and toiletries. Thank you!!

Very nice property - modern industrial vibe and decorated very well. Plenty of hang out room for the 4 couples that stayed here. The bedrooms are very good size as are the bathrooms. The half bath was also very nice to have. Location is a quick walk to Whole Foods for any items needed and easy walk to lots of restaurants and South Port. Would definitely stay again.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place near the venue to share with some family. The place was perfect, near whole foods, restaurants and close to the lake. We had a great time, a wonderful wedding and really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for a family, girls/couples weekend, 4 bedrooms with jack and jill bathrooms between them. Excellent responsive hostess too!
