Book this property with extreme caution! Once you’ve stayed here you will never be the same! ✨These beautiful and romantic accommodations are actually a portal into another world. ✨ We were enveloped in absolute comfort and luxury. Every detail of this jewel of New Orleans was curated with such thought. The pictures do not do it justice. We had such a magical stay, time ceased to exist and when it finally came time to leave I actually cried. Thank you to our hosts who seemingly pulled off the impossible so I had the happiest of birthdays and my nearest and dearest had the time of our lives. It’s been a week and we are all still dreaming of this house and our stay. Thank you, we will be returning.

We booked the property for our daughters graduation weekend. Upon arrival at 3pm there were about 10 people furiously cleaning the property. Apparently the guests before us had a massive party. We were told over 200 people. So instead of a nice arrival we were stepping over vacume cleaners and guys repairing doors etc. They didn’t leave completely until 4:30 and we were left to fold the last batch of towels in the dryer. This is dispite the house rules that were sent saying NO Parties. Also no one was there to give us a rundown of the house, as in how do we get the Sonos system up and running. Can you drink the water (Not in NOLA) Thankfully we figured it all out eventually. The management company was somewhat responsive when we called to say the power went out. Apparently it was Entergy and the whole neighborhood was out. On top of this, they left some weird bed in the front hallway that was supposed to be picked up by an outside company who never came. So we had to walk around this bed propped up against the wall in the entrance all weekend. As for the house itself, the best part was the kitchen. It is like the pictures. The bedrooms were set up differently than the pics and the A/C was def better in some rooms than others. I think all of the elaborate and theatrical draping in the property blocked the airflow to some of the rooms. It’s a wild house, and could be fun for the right group. But for our needs it was a bit over the top, not ideal and expensive.

This is a really beautiful mansion that is as interesting and quirky as the photos show. Huge place and we’ll kept after. It is a great place for a large group. A little bit noisy from construction next door, and not quite the neighborhood for families. Would absolutely stay here again, and hope to do that.

The house was a dream! My husband and bridal party stayed here for our wedding weekend. Every room had so much character. This place was ideal for getting ready the morning of the wedding. Brides you will not get the same experience, pictures, or space at any of the hotels in the city. Short Uber ride to the quarter where our venue was. I will never forget the double claw foot tub bathroom. Some of the rooms are connecting, but those rooms had a door leading to the outside where you could walk through and not have to go through a couples room when they were sleeping. Everyone felt like they had privacy. This house made our wedding weekend feel like a fairytale.
