Dos Lagos Estate is a custom, 6 bedroom villa, situated in an exclusive enclave of custom homes in Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage. The indoor outdoor living is spectacular, with electric walls of glass that open the home up to the front pool and spa, or the backyard infinity pool. Lake and golf course views, outdoor fire features and fireplaces, outdoor kitchen and lounge seating, set on over half an acre. You'll hardly know you've stepped inside with the vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, and beautiful views no matter where you look. Gourmet kitchen, dining, entertainer's wet bar, and 6 bedroom suites that all open up to the front or back pool.
The front walls of glass open up to the south facing pool terrace. Curving private pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, and seating. The Master Suite, Second Suite and Casita Suites all open up to this lovely space. The back walls open to the infinity pool that overlooks the lake and the Pete Dye fairway. Plenty of seating, as well as fire features by the pool, a secluded gas firepit off the master, and an outdoor fireplace. The outdoor kitchen is shaded, and features a BBQ, sink, fridge, prep area and seating for 4.
The 5,000 square foot interior allows everyone space to relax and enjoy the luxurious surroundings. The indoors features an open concept floorplan and the formal great room has a fireplace, TV and spectacular views to either the north or south pool. The gourmet kitchen has high end appliances, gas range, wine fridge, Keurig, espresso maker and 4 seats at the massive island. Wet bar with sink, fridge and seats for 5. Formal dining room seats 6.
The Primary Suite is incredible, with a King bed, living area, TV, fireplace, and walls of glass that open to the pool. The luxurious bathroom features a soaking tub, shower and dual sinks.
Suite 2, 3 and 4 are in the main house. Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom with shower. It opens to the front pool. Suite 3 has a Double bed, flatscreen TV, en suite bathroom with shower, and opens to the back pool. Suite 4 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, en suite bathroom with shower, and opens to the back pool. Suites 5 and 6 are in the Casita, and have Queen beds, TVs, and en suite bathrooms. The Casita opens to the front pool, and also has a kitchen and living room. There is also a powder bathroom in the main house.
Sleeping Summary: 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 1 Double. Sleeps 12. Parking for 6 cars.
Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of all natural Beekman soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Conveniently located near Sunnylands, the River at Rancho Mirage, the Chabad of Rancho Mirage, and Agua Caliente Casino. Also central to so many of our iconic Desert events. 12 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open, 9 miles to El Paseo with its world class restaurants and shopping, 10 miles to Palm Springs and 19 miles to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio. I-10 is extremely close and grocery stores, coffee shops, and neighborhood conveniences are all close by, as well as restaurants, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis.
