From the opulent built in programmable holiday lighting, to the swank wine refrigerator and ice maker in the master bedroom. Each palatial choice was made from ceiling to floor, showcasing 1800's reclaimed barn-wood flooring, to every hardware used for each and every door.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood around the home is Old Town Stuart. It is a historic district with a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. It is also home to the Lyric Theatre, a performing arts venue.

Getting Around:
You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.

-Pineapple Joe's Grill & Raw Bar: 26.3 miles via NW Federal Hwy and US-1 N/S US Hwy 1. It should take about 39 minutes to get there by car.
-Manatee Island Fort Pierce: 21.6 miles via NW Federal Hwy and US-1 N/S US Hwy 1. It should take about 35 minutes to get there by car.
-Skipper's Cove Bar & Grill: 1.0 miles via US-1 S and S Colorado Ave. It should take about 3 minutes to get there by car.
-Sharky's: 2.1 miles via US-1 S. It should take about 5 minutes to get there by car.
-Captain's Galley: 1.8 miles via US-1 S. It should take about 4 minutes to get there by car.

Other Things to Note:
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.
If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.
The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

The front door would not lock. Could not leave the house until maintenance came. And even with that at times the door still would not lock. Opened by the wind. We put a fake plant in front of the door to safeguard it. Could not throw out any garbage for the first day because the garbage cans were never emptied before our arrival. Even though maintenance came, they still did not empty all the bins. The pool was not working for the first day. The sauna was totally drained, and the pool was dirty. Pool guy came and treated it. We had to wait to use it so it was 2 days of no pool in Florida! And the living room had 4 remotes but no TV channels. Though we spoke, texted, and sent pictures to the property management within the first hour of our arrival, they did not take care of our concerns until the next day. VRBO was no better. They said that all that could be done was to contact the property manager. ALSO beware that even before we got there, we were asked to sign a form agreeing to be charged for any damages even though we paid for damage insurance! We will NEVER use VRBO again!

The property is clean and very nice as advertised. My complaint would be it claims to sleep 14 and that is not possible. It has 5 bedrooms with one room having 2 beds. The doors are difficult to lock and it never felt like the house was secure. The Sonia was turned off due to prior guest playing the music too loud. We couldn’t figure out how to heat up the hot tub either. Overall a good property but the price is too high for what you get.
