About this house rental

This San Antonio home offers the best of all worlds--a close location to many attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. The house has plenty space for large families and groups with sleeping arrangements for up to 14 people! The backyard boasts an amazing pool and an enormous deck, perfect for bringing the entire family together. Inside there are 4 bedrooms, with 3 of them equipped with king size beds. One of them is also outfitted with twin over full bunk beds and a classic NES Nintendo. We also offer a stocked kitchen, foosball table and covered patio with a pool table!

Indoor Spaces
Enter the home to see the beautiful dining room, fully decked out with a gorgeous table, seating for 8 and a view through to the comfy living room. Don't forget to snap a photo in front of our "All My Ex'es Live In Texas" neon sign! The living room is the perfect place to relax with your loved ones. There is plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for watching your favorite shows on our 65" TV or playing some board games with the family. The high ceilings also provide a wonderful sense of grandeur. Just off of the dining room, there is also a foosball table for your enjoyment.

Kitchen
The kitchen is very well stocked! Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, as well as a blender, crockpot, toaster, rice cooker, baking sheets, and just about everything you need to cook a holiday meal! We also offer a stocked spice rack, so you don't have to waste money at the grocery store on spices for a short trip.

Coffee
Wake up right with a cup of coffee or tea. We offer a Keurig Duo machine that accepts both coffee grounds and K-cups. We provide an assortment of K-Cups (pods), teas, creamers, flavored syrups and sweeteners.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms
With space for up to 14 guests, this home is perfect for a family reunion, bachelorette party, Friendsgiving or any group gathering. Both the primary bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms are located on the first floor, with two more bedrooms upstairs. The two bedrooms that are located downstairs have king size beds that are INCREDIBLY comfortable. There is a small guest bathroom downstairs, with the primary bedroom sporting a large primary suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, with one offering another wonderful king size bed and another sporting a pair of twin over full bunk beds. The bunk room is especially set up for kids, as who doesn't need a space for the kids to go during a trip?!

Game Room
Picture this: a pool table taking center stage in your own personal oasis. The pool table is encased in an enclosed patio with rustic bar seating, perfect for hanging out with friends and family. The pool table can also be converted in to an air hockey table or a ping pong table! Top 5 things about this house are: 1) Swimming Pool + floats + pool towels provided separately from bath towels 2) Pool/Air Hockey & Foosball tables 3) Keurig with K-cups & creamer 4) Lots of space - we had 10 people staying & were never crowded 5) Dispensers at every sink & in showers with hand or dish soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner

Overall our stay at this property was excellent! We had four adults and four children who ranged in age from 4-12. The location was great with easy access to major thoroughfares and close to major attractions. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We loved having access to the pool - we couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool! We also appreciated how kid-friendly and pet friendly the property was for our group. Our host Andrew was very responsive to our messages. We had one mishap while we stayed at this location but Andrew was extremely responsive. We returned to property late in the afternoon after spending all day at SeaWorld in 105 degree heat. The AC was not working! I immediately let Andrew know and he had someone there within an hour to provide a temporary fix and an AC tech was there first thing the next morning to get everything working correctly. We were very impressed with the quick response and making sure we were comfortable ASAP!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Great location to everything we needed and wanted. Wished the pool at hand rails to get in and out of the pool along with the master shower needing hand rails to hold on to.

Overall it was a great experience, close to downtown, yet far enough away from the busy part. The only thing I would rate unsatisfactory was our request to stay 2 more hours, because we needed to pick up a family member at the airport on our way out of town. Host requested a $50 extra fee for that. We decided not to do that. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Family for a memorial service. Andrew and Amanda were extremely accommodating with check in time. Family staying elsewhere gathered with us at this property because it was so accommodating to all.
