About this apartment rental

This large one bedroom apartment, decorated with a nod to the beauty of an Asian aesthetic, is a perfect space for a traveling professional.
There is a queen memory foam bed, as well as a full-size futon pullout, a traditional Japanese floor tea table, as a dining space, as well as an upright dining table.

This private space comes with a fully stocked kitchen, app-operated laundry in the basement, ROKU Tv, and great Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located 1 mi from downtown, the state capital, and Salem Health.

The building has eight apartments. Six of them are ours, for corporate housing. The other two are permanent residents who are mostly quiet and respectful.

Each apartment is completely private with their own kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
The basement has shared app-operated laundry.

Plenty of dishes and linens for your needs. There is a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard.

Located one mile to Salem Health, Willamette University, and the State Capital. Two miles to downtown.

This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign.

Must be able to climb stairs.

This is a building of eight apartments. There are five (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room.
On-street parking is open and available too.

There is an app laundry setup in the basement.

This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason.

There is not a mail key to this apartment. You will need to set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead.

The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts.

This Vbro was perfect for my family. The space was clean and comfortable. The decor was cute. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The best part is it is close to fun things to do in town all within walking distance. We will definitely visit this listing again in the future.

This place was centrally located to the areas we chose to explore. It is located within an hours drive to Mt. Hood, Silver Falls state Park, and the Oregon coast. Before arrival the host Ellen was very informative, courteous, and gracious during our stay. The decor is spot on for the Asian aesthetic, down to the minute selection of particular shelf stock items. The neighbors were also very friendly. Overall, an excellent stay, and experience. Will definitely stay here again.
