Just minutes to pristine beaches, culinary delight, world class shopping, and the famous Del Mar Racetrack. Our gorgeous townhouse has over $60,000 in renovations in the last year alone.
The Space:
Our gorgeous townhouse has over $60,000 in renovations within the past year, including all new kitchen and baths, whole house water filtration system, flooring, ceiling fans, and paint amongst other things. All of the furnishings are also brand new. We really didn't spare any detail.
The possibilities for both relaxation and adventure are endless. Wake up and enjoy a hot cup of organic tea or coffee on your private deck while enjoying gourmet hand selected complimentary snacks. Taking in the beautiful ocean view and breeze is sure to set the stage for an incredible day! An afternoon walk or bike ride to the beach or local shops in the Cedros Design District, and later sitting by the cozy fireplace while soaking up the gorgeous sunset views is a day you won’t soon forget.
Guest Access:
Guest are able to access all bedrooms, bathroom and common areas in the home. This booking is an "entire place" booking.
The Neighborhood:
Solana Beach, coveted by locals and visitors alike, is known for its walkability and is home to endless scenic trails, welcoming surf breaks, natural tide pools, and a wide variety of eclectic, locally-owned shops and services that are almost all within a 30-minute walk or less from Fletcher Cove, the main beach.
Solana is also home to the Cedros Design District, a haven of renowned designers, trailblazing boutique agencies, and mouthwatering restaurants.
Whether you’re stopping in for a bite to eat, spending the day on the beach and exploring the shops, or exploring your potential forever home, discover Solana Beach and all it has to offer.
Getting Around:
The home is near everything that Solana Beach has to offer. The top restaurants and attractions are literally within a quick drive. We recommend rideshare or car rental services for further journeys in and around the city.
Other Things to Note:
Pets must be registered at the time of booking. Registration includes a $350 Pet fee and written confirmation from the host.
No USPS Mailbox Deliveries: Guests are not permitted to have mail sent to the property’s USPS mailbox. Any mail delivered to the USPS mailbox will be discarded or returned to the sender. For critical or urgent mail needs, please consider using alternative mailing services that provide secure delivery options.
Solana Beach requires a 7 day minimum stay for all short term and vacation rentals and imposes a 13% transient occupancy tax on all bookings. STVR Permit# 000533
