Expansive decks on two levels offer tons of space to relax in the sun on the top deck or stay cool on the shaded mid-level deck while enjoying the sweeping panoramic ocean views. It's all about the outdoors here, with plenty of quality outdoor furniture in great shape for everyone to enjoy the ocean breeze. Everyone will love the easy walk to the beach, just 330 feet! The location of “Corolla Horizon” is in quiet Ocean Sands Section A with large lots, not too many houses and a quieter beach access. Bikers and joggers will enjoy the sidewalks throughout Corolla and Duck, for exploring or getting in your exercise. Centrally located between Duck and Corolla, you can choose either for shopping, activities, or restaurants.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a basketball hoop, fully gated private pool, hot tub, picnic table, outside shower, gas and charcoal grills and an outside half bath. Inside you will find a Rec Room with pool table and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave and counter seating for 3 people. Sitting area with a flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD and pool deck access. King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, pool deck access and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas), Bedroom with 2 Doubles with a flat-screen TV.
Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and private bathroom (1 with deck access). Bedroom with 2 Doubles plus a flat-screen TV. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Double Beds, flat-screen TV and pool deck access. Laundry with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Features the Great room with flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD and deck access. Dining room seating 12 with deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 7 and 2 dishwashers, breakfast room with additional dining seating 6, half bath and a screened porch with picnic table. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
