Stunning Oceanfront two-story Penthouse Dramatic ceilings and an abundance of windows framing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sandbridge Beach. This oversized penthouse boasts 4 Bed, 3 Full Bath plus a Giant Loft. The views of the ocean from the deck are the best Sandbridge has to offer.

Step inside to find four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There's a large, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, and a big family room that's open to the kitchen and full of natural light. This room also features a large flatscreen TV, comfortable furnishings and decor, and plenty of space for everyone to dine and lounge comfortably. There are even more spectacular views to be admired outside on the wide balcony overlooking the beach. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and TVs in all of the bedrooms.

We only stayed here for one night but property was very clean and the pictures depicted exactly how it looked in person. Very spacious and up to date! The host was also very helpful!! Thank you!!

The penthouse location was perfect for us. We had a wide range of ages in our family and the close proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. Even for a family member who wasn’t always able to walk to the beach they could stay on the balcony and still watch the kids playing. Our room wasn’t ready right at four but Ryan let us into a room because of a medical issue which was appreciated. Some deep cleaning of the carpets on the stairs and a wipe down of the baseboards is probably needed but overall the place was great and we enjoyed our stay. I agree with the other reviews about the comfort of the mattresses and some rooms being warmer than others. There were fans that helped.

Loved it! Location was amazing. The amenities were great. Having the storage room with a wagon and other beach items was so helpful. We also rented equipment, but it was great to have both. My only complaint is that the floors were pretty dirty. As our grandson crawled he got really dirty. Carpet never works with the beach. But the communication was great. Check in was simple and clearly explained. Check out was the easiest with very little cleaning required. Really a fantastic place! Would stay there again! Thanks for offering it.

The condo is in an excellent location. Everyone around us were helpful and friendly. Ryan our host was so accommodating and easy to contact. He was very attentive! The condo had everything we needed. Nice trip!

The location of this property was great. It was close to the beach and quiet. Ryan was very nice to work with. However, the floors and rugs were not clean. We had to buy towels and washcloths because what was provided was very limited and of very poor quality. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable, but the other mattresses need to be replaced. Also, the air conditioning did not seem to be working in the front bedrooms. It happened to be a very hot and humid week, so the lack of adequate air conditioning made sleeping very difficult.

This property was very spacious and flexible. It was great for our family. There were a few things not attended to before we got there: -I needed to attend to the wet laundry in the washer to make up a beds in the front room and I found a flat sheet to cover the crib mattress. - We had brought extra towels with us, which covered us for the ones that were not available. If there are not going to be kitchen towels, you might want to remove that from your list. For a first time Vrbo user I found check-in a bit confusing as there were no door fobs or parking passes. It works great without them, but found the information in the notes created confusion. All in all we were able to easily adjust and found the condo to be comfortable and would consider coming back again Ryan, thanks for taking care of details and the batteries for the lock. Thank you also to the owners renting to us. Sandbridge has always been a wonderful beach.

My family and I came to celebrate a few bdays in our family and just wanted a nice place to stay and the place we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and right by the beach so we loved it!!

Excellent location right on the beach. Comfortable accommodation with enough room to spread out - we were a multi-generational family ages 10 through 80. Ryan is excellent at communicating and helping address any issues. Would recommend the property.
