Well spend

The facility is very well maintained, and the space is very huge and good for team building or family gatherings.

The housekeeper should be able to communicate well by speaking English as well.

A good stay for family gathering

A huge property to enjoy a family gathering. Swimming pool size and depth were adequate to accommodate many kids and adults. Good no of slides and play areas for kids. Watchman helped us with additional fans to cook in the BBQ area. Different options for cooking in the BBQ area.

More number of rooms would have made it a perfect stay considering the overall size of the property.

The place is very clean, swimming pool well maintained. Privacy is the key element people will like.

The property is excellent value for money.

It was very well maintained. The pool was clean. The kids enjoyed the covered pool a lot. Great facilities for barbeque. Seating arrangements in the barbeque area make for an excellent place for evening gathering. Well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine, refrigerator is big enough as well as the cooking range. There is a play area for the kids but in this weather it couldn't be used. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained

The ACs could do with upgrading. The rooms were cool but 1 tonne ACs do struggle in this heat. Like the swimming pool, some of the play areas could be covered otherwise they are not usable in the summer. Some shaded car parking space could also help.

Everything is ok. Just during summer it's too hot and can't access the pool, maybe atleast during summer they can put temporary shade

It’s was great villa , I really enjoy my stay !! very clean ,location was great ,money value and very big spaces , swimming pool was comfort , Mountain View was amazing specially at night !! barbecue area was very big and comfortable!! 😊

It feels like its your own house that no one looking at you to enjoy plus good environment around you. You can move free

The place is wonderfull.. You can enjoy with group of friends or Family. You can celebrate there. I can suggest this to anyone. Much better to get in place earlier to enjoy more.

kids love the pool, i think much better if there is shade so they can swim even until lunch time☺️

I will recommend this to anyone who wants to relax and spend nice time .

The place was amazing , clean , beautiful and wonderful. We as a Family spent our time there. All facilities available there such as Football playground and barbecue. The view and mountains was so great.

Perfect farmstay for some rest and relaxation with the family

For folks looking to enjoy peace and quiet with lots of privacy, the farmhouse stay is a great vacation. The pictures on booking.com is what you actually get to enjoy. It is half hour from the city in Ras Al Khaimah.

Except for some initial setbacks during arrival for our stay on January 1, there were no other issues. It took up to 3 hours for the caretaker/security to clean the property; the 3 toilets needed thorough cleaning, beddings needed to be laundered and rooms needed to be readied. The property owner sent new beddings. There were no pots and pans in the kitchen but there was a pressure cooker, gas stove/range, kettle. We had our own so we didn’t miss any of the kitchen supplies. The pool is there as shown in the picture; but it is no condition to take a dip in. It needs attention.
