Large yet cozy with great views

lots of lovely space with amazing views Beautifully appointed interior with modern facilities The hibachi grill was an added bonus that I loved cooking on

We had our 89yo mother with us. It would have been good to know about the stairs up to the house. For such a gorgeous kitchen with all the mod cons there was no serving platters for the food (1st world problems)

Extremely comfortable house with fantastic views

Very comfortable spacious house with excellent views. A home away from home. Beds are extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need including basic pantry items. Fireplace made it very cosy on a cold miserable night and heated the huge living space. Games were a welcome addition at night. Large balcony to take in the views was lovely but needed some furniture out there. Just wish we had booked for longer than two nights.

Outdoor furniture would be nice. Driveway is very rutted and some cars may find it difficult.

Delightful new home, well appointed, clean and comfy with views to the bay beyond.

It practically brand new, lovely open layout and perfect for a family, great having two bathrooms as well. Lovely balcony to see the bay and mountains below, somewhat spoilt by the neighbouring house that occludes a good bit of the view.

Sadly there is no garden so a lovely on a wasteland, there was rubbish (pizza boxes, cans, paper) along the back fence line in the weeds not sure if it was the last occupants or the neighbours action. The plants on the balcony and inside the house were stressed from lack of water one was dead, we livened them up with a good watering. For us a garden in which to wander and enjoy would have made this a near perfect stay. Oh the driveway is unsealed and potholed so enter gently. There is no food to speak of so make sure you pack anything you need for meals. Even salt and pepper, oil for cooking etc.

We had a fabulous time at Bayview Lodge!

Stunning location! Exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked with everything you could wish for.

I think that the property needs some blinds/window coverings in the main living area.

Short, relaxing

Very spacious & beautiful views & quiet area

Wasn’t sure why it didn’t have an air conditioner as it was quite warm! Also no fly screens on windows so couldn’t open windows of a night in case of bugs!

Amazing property, wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved the location, property was immaculate and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer. Views are beautiful! Facilities are perfect and the house has such a cosy feel. Ample space for families, we loved everything!

The only suggestion I could make is some cooling. We arrived on a very warm day and it was hard to cool the house down.

Loved our stay at Bay of Fires Lodge, stunning property and amazing views.

Loved the open style of the home. As a group of for ladies happy to lounge around and relax our only comment is that a more sizeable coffee table in front of the lounge would have been beneficial. In summer an outdoor dining table on the deck with the amazing views would be great.

Memorable holiday in gorgeous holiday home.

Beautiful new build 3 bedroom home, with water views of St. Helens. Great quiet location. Kitchen has heaps of crockery and cooking utensils if you wish to cook there. Lots of little touches like heaps of books to read, and indoor games.

The glass slider door in the lounge/dining needed a clean and I couldn't get the WiFi to work, but overall it's a fabulous place to stay for an East Coast holiday. We noticed the outside bin probably hadn't been emptied for a while.

Very good

Brand new home, beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Really big comfy lounge, perfect to chill out with the whole family. Views were great, we could see the sunset from our bedroom! St Helens is a nice town with everything you need. Perfect location to explore the Bay of Fires. Really enjoyed staying here.

I did miss some flyscreens, so the mozzies came in at night when we had the windows open.

Exceptional

The house has incredible views. Beautifully appointed, modern house. Scrupulously clean. A wonderful kitchen space and very well appointed. Host very quick to respond. Great wallaby watching after dusk.

Not a problem for us but a steep hill out of st Helen's...but then it needs to be to get the views!
