Owner did not accurately answer questions before our stay. And led me to believe the unit was clean and with enough dishes for our family. We had to wait for check in information. And it took him 2 days to answer a message sent during out stay. At first glance, it appeared clean. However, I had to wipe hair out of the showers and off other bedroom surfaces. There is water damage on the walls and in the kitchen. The water filter on the refrigerator does not work. The coffee maker has a brown coating around the water reservoir and the pot was dirty. Dishes were very limited and were not all clean. There were only 2 glasses. Which he stated is not his responsibility. The highlight was the very sweet neighbor. But overall, not recommended.

Like any other city there are shady characters out at night so it’s best for women to be accompanied or travel in pairs.

My brother and I with some nephews brought my father down from New York so he could see his first Orioles game at Camden Yards. The place was easy to find and easy to check in and gain access. It also provided quick easy access to the stadium and inner harbor as advertised. The place was fairly clean, not a big problem for a bunch of guys. However, there is no hot tub/spa tub as advertised and strangest of all, almost no dishes! No plates, no bowls, a fork and a spoon, one drinking glass, 3 coffee mugs. We had to go buy some paper plates and plastic utensils.

Me and my brother our wives and children came down for an event at the the convention center Memorial weekend. The plan was to stay Friday til Monday. Sunday night the women and children came home before us at about 10:00 pm to find roaches in the kitchen. So when we got back around mid night they had packed up our stuff refusing to stay another minute. On top of a really tiring day to have to drive back home to NJ (3 hours) was tough. And to have the owner tell me it was hard to believe was disappointing at the least. He kept reiterating how well it’s kept. Please take care of your place so someone else doesn’t experience what we did. Including the leak over the first floor bed.

The host was very responsive to my inquires, which I greatly appreciate. They provided check-in details in advance and offered an early check-in. The home accommodated my family and me, and the host approved inviting other family and friends over. We did have the neighbor come out to the deck to ask us to lower the volume, explaining that the walls were quite thin. Overall, we had a great stay, and the location felt safe. If I could share any tips, it would be to supply the kitchen with utensils (forks and spoons) and provide an iron for the home. A few of the washcloths and comforters were not very clean, but thankfully we brought a few throw blankets.
