This meticulously maintained emerald coast home with an open airy ambiance is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with family and friends. No detail was overlooked in the design of this space. Casual and quiet, yet full of character. Inlet Beach welcomes those who want to relax without a worry. Lounge by a dune lake, bask by the beach or stroll to the shops, you don’t need a set schedule. Head to this family-friendly spot to join a tight-knit community in all-natural surroundings, but also for shopping, dining, outdoor adventure and – of course – the beach. Inlet Beach has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets.
This house may sleep 14 in beds but 20+ with air mattresses.
Small dogs 50lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee (no cats please, as others have allergies).

House Rules:
1. Small dogs 50lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $150. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.
2. Please treat the property with care and respect.
3. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.
4. No parties or events allowed.
5. Please observe Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
6. No street or sidewalk parking is permitted in the neighborhood. The home has a driveway that may fit three cars (some have fit four small cars). Any additional parking necessary might be found a short walk down the street (outside of the neighborhood).
Due to the fact that we are in a residential neighborhood surrounded by families and other guests, please honor our community as well our my home. Please keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m.
Please ensure the Grill is clean before leaving.

9. We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
