Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer.

Guests also have access to a Kayak that is placed beneath the deck with a life vest hanging on the deck below the lower level – please note that the owner does not take any responsibility for you while you are in the water using the Kayak so please use it with caution. Also, there are two canoes that are not for use and are only placed as decoration.

Please note that parking is mostly street side with garage parking for one car available for your stay, however, if you have more than two cars there are many parking spots at the nearby public Illahee dock.

There are some staircases (lower garage side towards the beach) and railings in the house that could be potentially hazardous to young children who are not carefully watched. Please look over the pictures carefully and evaluate your child's restrictive needs.

The walkway down to the water is a wide, safe path, however, it is a steep hill that does take some endurance to be able to walk back up.

- Life Jackets Mandatory for FREE Kayak use (at your own risk). We do have two Canoe at the property which is not for the guests and should never be used.

- Firepit by waterfront available for guest use, but no firewood or starter is provided. Fires must be completely extinguished when not being supervised.

- Firetable by top deck is also available for guest use. It must be turned off if not in use. Put fire table lid once the table cools down.

- Clean the fire grill before and after use. Put the cover and equipments after use and once cool down.

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply -Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

- The property requires stairs to access.

- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior actively video and audio recording security cameras: 2 camera on both back deck facing the water, 1 faces the outdoor front entry(Video Doorbell), 1 on the driveway facing the road, and 1 faces the north side of the house. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.

- Please make sure to turn off gas cooktop and fireplace after using.

- NOTE: Guests will need their own fishing license if go fishing.
