• Main Level: Outdoor deck overlooking the bay; First living room with Snooker table; First Bedroom with 2 twin Bunk beds; still offer a big kid play area with baby playpen;
• Upper Level: Second living room; Stocked kitchen with brand new appliances; Half bath; Laundry room; Second Bedroom with 2 queen bed, private attached bath and deck access

Pet Policy: Pet fee $100. Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if bringing your furry friend!

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home (none on the interior) for the protection of our guests and for monitoring when the home is vacant.

The house is big and beautiful but there are lots of cockroaches and other biting bugs.

We just completed a two night stay at this property. The location was great for us and it was fun for our kids to have access to the water for fishing/crabbing. However, the state of the property is mediocre. There is only one toilet for 3 bedrooms on the top floor and in order to flush we had to put our hand into the tank to pull the chain. We were told that there would be a plumber coming and that the property manager would communicate with me about the timing. No plumber came and even though I replied to the manager, never received further feedback. The lights in the dining area did not work. We took a bulb from a different fixture and put it in the fixture above the dining table so we weren't eating/sitting in the dark. This is a simple thing, but the shampoo/conditioner bottles had the labels ripped off. It would not cost but a few dollars to make sure that there was conditioner, body soap and shampoo in clean, labeled bottles in the bathrooms. The towels were not in the bathrooms, but kept in the laundry room so we had to go find them and distribute to the bathrooms. The queen beds were sagging in the middle. There are roaches in the kitchen, we saw several. One chair was broken in an upstairs bedroom. The main living area has too few seats for the size of the house/room such that it was unusable for more than 3 people.
