Thanks for the stay

Very clean. Really nice staff

Booking.com charged me more than what the hotel charge per night. The mattress was a Lil too firm for me

Decent value, all I ask is an ice machine and working vending machine

The room was clean, smelled fresh, the bed was comfortable and the air worked great. Didn't know it came with a kitchenette, which was nice. Location was perfect, 5 minute drive from our concert venue, and pretty private area near other businesses.

No ice machines, eventually found ice cube tray in freezer, but ran out of time before we had to leave. Vending machine ate dollars and/or would only make change that it wouldn't wouldn't take back for a purchase, also wouldnt charge my card. Managed to get one $1.50 soda with a 5 dollar bill. It gave me several quarters back, but of the $8 I put in, I got 1 coke and 3 dollars change. Just annoying, was just trying to buy a couple sodas and waters. Lastly, the front desk asked if she should charge the card on file and I had changed the card on file the previous day. But that is more an issue with booking.com then the actual hotel. I asked to change it the next day and they couldn't, kinda annoying... All in all a good value stay. I've paid for more, and like it, but this was clean, roomy and comfortable for the cost with polite staff.

This is not a recommended place to stay. It isn’t comfortable and I didn’t sleep the whole night.

Very bad experience

I didn't like my staying at all.

Facility was un clean and terrible, smell of Marijuana every where , smell of dogs and loud parking at night we could not sleep , we did not feel safe there , staff did not help to fix any issues, loud music at bed time too , elevator smell bad and smell smoking , we did complain to booking .com and for the hotel but we did not get any response, we want to leave the hotel from day 1 buy we didn't find any other hotels around, will never go back to this hotel ever its discusting.

After booking the reservation and paying in advance, when we arrived at the property, the hotel DID NOT have our reserva

Location was convenient for the purpose of our trip. The beds were comfortable.

The room was rather spartan. No cups in the room. No mirror outside the bathroom. the bathroom floor was dirty.

NO ONE should EVER stay at this hotel again!

Everything from the moment I got to my room to find that the deadbolt was blocking my room from even closing. The sinks were rusting, there was no hot water, people were arguing in the middle of the night in the hallways! It was overall a TERRIBLE experience!

The location and food choices for the area were excellent. The proximity to the expressway was good as well.

The smell of weed. No fault to the facility, just the world we live in today.

Great price, great location for amphitheater, fairly clean

The door to the main entrance was broken which seems a little unsafe and should be fixed. Also, the housekeeping came and knocked on our door 3 times between 9:30-10 when check out wasn’t until 11.

We are from germany and we did not know what it would be like staying in that area and that hotel but it was very nice the staff was awesome and Anything we asked for they took care of it asap ... they made are stay there even better than we tought and we will be back...

The hotel room and environment nearly ruined my stay in Chicago. Bad hotel experience.

Far below expectation. I called front desk to check out immediately I got into the room. Looked dirty and below standard, hall way smelled hemp so badly, I felt very unsafe.. Everything to the bedding looked sub standard. After much complain, I was offered a room switch but that didn't make any difference, so I stayed back in the first room. I will not make.the mistake of booking this hotel ever again.

Front desk ghetto wearing joggers and flip flops, he was extremely rude. Then the bathroom was disgusting I took pictures it was so dirty and there was soap scumb on the door, mirror and tub.
