A Nightmare to my family

Nothing to like.

1) As soon as I entered the property, care taker is telling that check out time is 10:30am. But according to booking.com it is 11am. I asked and he is telling that he will give grace time upto 11am. Who is he to give grace time? According to rules checkout is upto 11am. 2) Full of ants in bedroom. I asked care taker but he used Gamaxine all the room. After that he not even cleaned that. Inside AC room we slept in Gamaxine with family. 3) Soo much of power cut due to Climate I think. 4) At night while raining all insects came inside bedroom. I don't know how they entered. All doors and windows were closed but full of insects. One night is nightmare to me along with my family. 5) Bedroom size is very small.

Ameer Homes- A good overall experience

Ameer Homes is an apartment house in an developing residential area beside highway and away from market place. Caretaker Stefen is very good with charming and helping personality. You can book scooter for local movement, food seating in the home. Rooms are also good and clean. Serenity beach is nearby.

1) As informed during booking that two beds are there, but one only king size bed was there. However matress was provided. 2) No towel and toiletaries were given 3) you have to walk a mile to have minimum sip of tea

Beautiful property and amazing host

Loved the peace and calm of the location and the property and also the terrace. The hospitality was also amazing and very cooperative

There is nothing I dint like as such but few points for improvement 1. Need AC in the hall as well so that if people want to sleep in the hall they can 2. Need coils or mosquito repellent in the property and on the terrace as there are lots of mosquito 3. Need a Lil light and some chairs on the terrace to chill
