We would not stay here again, and could not recommend.
This TINY house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. It is near to stores and restaurants.
TINY house is located in a VERY tightly packed tiny home park. Sleeping is up a very dangerous stairway (one small bar on wall; no handrails). Various height stairs add to the challenge and are precarious, particularly for elderly people. Even our experienced rock-climbing granddaughter had some challenge to get to the other loft bed. Although almost mid-September, it was warm in the afternoon. We opened windows and thereby could see right down into the bathroom of the next house. Young people might do OK here, but stairs are dangerous. We booked for 3 days, left after one night f/other arrangements.

Disappointing at best
The place is convenient, and that’s about all that is good. The hosts seem nice enough per email, but never met them. Beyond that, I can’t recommend anything about this place. It does have a good internet connection.
The place is convenient, that’s also a negative since it is directly off route 24, a high traffic area. The pictures on the web site are from when this place was first built and bear little resemblance to the current condition. The steps and porch are old and worn. The grill is burned out and rusted through. The porch seating has been left to weather, and this is not a gentle climate. The inside is barely adequate. The kitchen is well used, and the stove is showing the wear. Walk a little too hard and the oven turns itself on. The door to the bath is held open by a rock, but you have to lift and tug on it to get it to shut completely. We rented in August. This is a warm month, even in CO. A tiny house does not have insulation like a real house. It gets hot and stuffy. The ceiling fan does nothing as it is mounted in the center of the house where no one sits or sleeps. Unless you’re climbing the steps to the loft, that serves no purpose. The owner’s recommendation is that one open the windows and enjoy the mountain breeze. During our stay, there was no breeze. We did open the windows and crawled into the loft, only to be assaulted by a fan as loud as an airplane drowning out even the paving operations that were going on on 24. After a few hours trying to sleep, we left. Between the heat, the noisy fan, and the paving, we had enough. As for the large comfortable bed we saw in other comments, I guess it’s perspective. It’s a pretty soft mattress, albeit king size, lying on the loft floor. It is advertised as sleeping five - you better be very comfortable with the other four, because you will trip over them more than once. The owner’s response to a comment about the AC, was that it wasn’t needed. Apparently they’ve never spent a hot night in a tiny house. They didn’t respond at all to my comments about the worn condition of this place. It’s obvious someone is making money off this place, but not investing a dime in upkeep, never mind upgrade.

Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and a great price.
The location was convenient. The place was incredibly cute and nicely stocked with everything you need - very clean! The loft had a huge comfy bed! My son and his girlfriend were traveling with my husband and myself and loved it! They were glad we stayed there instead of a hotel!
The futon in the smaller loft was pretty uncomfortable. Maybe put a thick piece of foam rubber in the room so that in the future if someone wants to use it for a bed, it can be placed on top for more comfort. The single couch/bed on the main floor was comfortable, though!

I loved it and would definitely stay there again on my next visit
The location was central to everything I wanted to do while there. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. I cooked all my meals there which is rare for me. The temperature was in the teens outside at night but the home was perfectly comfortable my entire stay.
Perfect
