Horrible!!!!

This hotel is literally a scam. They accept booking without checking the nationality of the people. I reached there at 2.30am in the morning and the person who was at the reception counter named Gaurav barely looked at us. He was highly unprofessional. He did not even check our passports and took the FULL payment and only then told us that he is not allowed to take foreigners because they did not have the required licences to operate as such. I wonder how can such hotels be accepted on Booking.com website without proper due diligence. Just imagine the level of emotional and mental trauma they made us go through for 3 whole hours without refunding us our money or letting us stay. Only after multiple explanations and/or calls, they were asking us to stay despite the fact that they DO NOT have the required licences. I am quite aghast by the attitude and behaviour of how hotel staffs and/or owners actually treat the customers, above all, how on earth can they accept payments without proper due diligence checks. I would highly recommend foreigners to check each and every hotel in India before booking. This is the first time ever I have had to face such a problem while using this website.

Good for this price point for simple stay

Rooms are neat and clean. The staff is also super cool. They have provided Qr for the basic essentials such as dental kits and towels,slippers etc.. that's a unique way I haven't seen anywhere till now.

Room service and restaurant is not available overnight

Lost item not found by hotel staff

Place is really nice. I like bloom hotel

My shoes got stolen. I forgot my shoes in hotel and later staff said they don't have my shoes

Exceptional

Really liked the hotel and it's services. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and would like to give our regards to the manager for taking good care. Overall 10/10 to the property manager.

Before check-in they made us pay we had done booking via booking.com..so at the time of check in we have to wastetime ...also at the time of check out we have to wait for all documents like invoice etc... Also wash room flush was not working , on requesting to repair it...no one took us seriously...due shortage of time we didn't create a fuss .we used tumbler and bucket ..rest u can understand Will never recommend and visit the hotel again

This is my best stay

The room has a good view. It is great to see that the staff was very kind, they even took care of my child without hesitation when me and my wife had gone out for some time. Very generous and kind of them. Really appreciate them.

Well Managed

Staff behaviour is excellent, rooms are comfortable with decent facilities amd different varities of food available at their restaurant. Special thanks to their Manager Piyush for taking care of us. Well managed property.

Good and pleasant stay.

Good location. Magarpatta quality.

Although hotel name says magarpatta it's not located within magarpattacity. Location is still good. Too many hotel staffs at reception. Hotel staff is not required to accompany to the room unless specially requested by guest. Staff should use deodorants.

Clean, comfortable, Good location

I loved the cleanliness and ambience of the hotel. Staff was very polite and warm. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good. It’s very rare to find such hotel in Pune.
