Bien, mais pourrait être tellement mieux avec un peu d’investissement : des lampes supplémentaires! un peu de décoration

- localisation - modernité du mobilier et de l’appartement refait a neuf - flexibilité d’accès (codes, sans clés!) - super flexibilité pour les horaires du Check Out

- odeur nauséabonde dans une des salle de bain (qui se sentait dans tout l’appartement ) - éclairage dans les chambres et le salon pas du tout suffisant, c’est tout le temps dans l’ombre malgré les lampes - les interrupteurs qui restent éclairés tout le temps (même la nuit) et empêche d’être dans le noir … (ça semble être un détail mais tout le monde dans chaque chambre a été dérangé pour dormi) - ma que de convivialité, appartement très « froid » - nous étions 6 et le dernier n’a pas eu d’eau chaude a la douche

Bella struttura ma cordialità e servizi da rivedere

La struttura era moderna e pulita. La posizione era ottima vista la vicinanza alla stazione e la presenza di un bus navetta (comunale) gratuito fino agli impianti sciistici.

La casa prenotata per 6 ospiti e 2 notti era praticamente sfornita di caffè e zucchero (almeno una capsula a testa per la prima colazione sarebbe stata gradita). Cucina sfornita di scolapasta, straccio per asciugare posate o mani. Non erano presenti coperte aggiuntive. Ho chiamato la struttura prima della prenotazione per qualche informazione e sono stati abbastanza antipatici. Poi il primo giorno tramite chat ho richiesto se esistesse un deposito bagagli per poter sciare ancora l'ultima giornata e sto ancora aspettando la risposta.

Comfortable stay in a new and modern accommodation

The apartment was brand new, with modern materials and a fully equipped kitchen

The second bedroom was underground at the end of a steep staircase, where it was cold, we could not use it unfortunately. This was not explained when we booked. The condo was also next to a construction site so it was not silent, but that did not depend on the owners of course.

amazing stay, we enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend it.

split level apartment was very spacious, even bigger than the advertised photos. location is brilliant, few minutes walk to campo smith, ski schools and renting place. very clean apartment, with smart home controls Staff very helpful, facilitated discounts for ski pass, equipment rentals. They even supported with restaurant bookings on request.

The shower in the upper floor for some reason didn’t have enough hot water in the shower (it ran out within couple minutes), but to be fair we managed around using the other shower and we informed the facility only on departure. Hopefully they’d get it sorted. The temperature is maxed to 23 degrees, which keeps the house very warm, but wouldn’t be manageable to dry things near a heater if needed even using the towel rack. A separated heating rack would solve that issue easily. The above mentioned things didn’t hugely impact our trip, but just mentioned them to give an honest picture and as it would help improving an already very good place.

Great stay, room for perfecting

Very new apartments, nice modern interior. Location was good for getting to the slopes and the town centre. Daisy was very helpful when we had an issue and to help with ski passes and rentals. If you're looking to ski in Bardonecchia, this is a great place to stay at. Especially when the hot water issue is solved.

We had a constant issue with the hot water. It was either a few mins or none at all some days. To a point where they let us use another apartment to shower. Because of this inconvenience they gave us a discount for the week which was very kind and appreciated. The apartment is missing small things which they probably add in time. Its only just opened so simply room for improvement. If they had a month extra before opening, it would've probably be more complete.

good location and modern. daisy was very nice who arranged everything . left nice things like Nespresso capsules

lighting is terrible, and wasn’t clean still covered in builders dust and problem with hot water
