It was a great place to stay for move in weekend with the whole family, put together some furniture in the main area and it was about a 15 minute drive to campus, very clean and cute, perfect place to stay for the weekend!

The Modern Mellen was the perfect house for me, my wife, two young children, and grandparents. We went to Knoxville for a family wedding. The rental property was very close to family and near a main road through Knoxville, enabling access to a variety of eats, treats, and adventures. The home was exceptionally clean, and we immediately felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The host was very reachable and communicative.

Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.

We had a great visit with our son @ UT. We enjoyed that the property was plenty spacious for all of our guest and the host was very responsive. The house was clean and cute as could be!!! Our girls loved every little “touch” that has been made.

I was in Knoxville for my son who was ill. This was the perfect place for me to stay. Ruben, the host responded immediately when I needed to extend my stay and made everything extremely easy for me. The house is super clean and the bed in the master was extremely comfortable. In the morning there was plenty of coffee, and stepping out back the sound of the birds was a cheerful way to start my day. I can't think of a single thing I needed that wasn't available to me. Kroger is just blocks away, downtown Knoxville is close too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, or any other property they own, and will definitely be back on my next visit to Knoxville.

Property brand new, very clean and plenty of towels and linens were provided. A big plus for us was that the property allowed our dog. We would definitely stay here again. Location very convenient to many restaurants and stores as well as UT campus and downtown.

I really love this house! Checking in was effortless. House is beautiful. These folks definitely belong to the “they’ve thought of everything” club. This is just the relaxing place I needed to enjoy my family here in Knoxville. Kudos! This house is adorable, super clean and had all the amenities we could have needed. Felt like a boutique hotel. Can't say enough about the place. We stayed here to visit U of T and although it wasn't close it's right down the street from a little town with anything you might need in terms of supplies, restaurants, coffee etc. Maybe took us 10 minutes to get to downtown Knoxville so not out of the way at all. iIt's clearly a neighborhood that is turning around with new construction homes and some older places, but peaceful and quiet on the street. Thx for a great stay!

The property was so cute, very clean, and had the perfect touches that every vrbo needs. The owner was available right when we needed him, as the door code to get in was having an issue, and it was fixed within one minute. They also allowed us to check out later than the original time because we were late getting there. Super considerate and all around great stay.

Super cute and comfortable property! We had a short one night stay but enjoyed exploring Knoxville and staying in this cute and comfy house. Ruben was very responsive with any questions I had. The only issue we had was that the floors were dirty, but the rest of the house was clean. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very nicely decorated, rooms were spacious and owner was AWESOME to communicate with. We were a mom and a group of sophomore girls waiting to move into their apartments at UT. The drive to the university was easy - about 15 minutes. We had a great time!

This was probably our best vrbo experience. The hosts were incredibly communicative and quick to response, the house was near some good restaurants and conveniently located near a Kroger. Any small issue we had was immediately resolved. I recommend this house and this stay 100 times over.

Loved this home from the moment we pulled in the driveway! When we walked in it looked like every item i love at home goods placed exactly where i would put them! Everything was exceptionally clean and the amenities provided just topped it off! When we come back to knoxville we know the first place we will be looking to stay! Thank you so much!!!

House was very nice and very clean. There were amenities that I had not realized I would need that I ended up needing. We love that this property allowed our 2 dogs! The backyard area was nice and cozy. Beds were very comfortable, the master bedroom shower was great, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We came for a short but enjoyable visit. The house is charming and tastefully furnished and decorated. good energies and a feeling of a warm and inviting home. Everything was really clean and tidy. We loved everything about it. However , Since the house is fairly new the grass is still growing so we didn't really enjoy sitting outside. Thank you 👌🏻👌🏻

We had a great stay at the Mellon house! The decor of the house made it a perfect place to come back to after our adventures during the day. Ruben and Brooke were great host. Every basic that we might have needed were supplied. We had a little trouble with the door but they were quick to respond and fix. Location was a little off because of the neighborhood. The house across the street had a lot of "stuff" in the driveway so that was our view. Overall, would definitely stay there again if had the opportunity! We are moving to Knoxville so won't need a VRBO again there :)

First off I want to say the house was super clean when we got there, it’s very child friendly we had a 18 month old with us and a 5 year plus my mother and father. The neighborhood was super quiet for those that like to sleep in. The host was amazing they answered many questions spot on when we asked. We had some trouble with the lock which ended up being our fault and the host was on top of it the min we messaged them. We will stay again , I just ask that they get more houses like this to rent in pigeon forge.

This rental was so nice. We had to spend 8 nights in Knoxville while a family member was at UT Medical and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were both also able to telework during the day with no issues. Would happily stay here again. Ruben and Brooke were excellent hosts and communication was perfect.

We flew in from Montana and California for a family reunion. This place was conveniently close to our group activities. Nice, clean house with all the necessities provided. Realistically sleeps 6 only, which was fine for our group.
