It boasts a generously sized open plan living area, huge glass sliders opening onto a large timber deck with outdoor speakers and breathtaking views, double glazing and passive solar design contribute to the home's 7 star energy rating that in conjunction with zoned central heating, air-condtioning and euro fire place stays comfortably cool in summer and warm in winter.
The more practical features of the property include excellent mobile and internet service, northerly aspect that ensures abundant natural light, ornamental dam with shaded gazebo and full size tennis court, flat tray large BBQ, a fire pit, 44000lt water tanks and 2 paddocks with electrified fences that house the resident goats.
Be prepared to share this wonderful property with kangaroos, wombats and a variety of birds. Situated only minutes from the Goughs Bay boat ramps and general store (take-away, post office and bottle shop) and a leisurely 40 minute drive to snowfields of Mt Buller. The options are yours; explore everything about Lake Eildon and the High Country or bring your walking shoes, push bikes and racquets to enjoy all Yallambee has to offer.
