Beautiful, modern, private 3 bedroom villa in the heart of Pernera just a 2 minute walk to Kalamies Beach and 5 minutes to Pernera centre. Has a private pool, free WIFI, DVD player, satelite TV and air conditioning Sleeps 7 people and an extra person with a campbed
This modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Pernera and is within walking distance to all the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.
Modern and spacious, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need and an ideal option for families or groups looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday very close to the beach.
Downstairs, the villa has a large and modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The comfortable living room has a widescreen TV with satellite, the dining area has seating for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. A sofa bed (sleeps 2) is also available. There is also a W/C on the ground floor.
Upstairs has three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a stand in shower and W/C. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom has a bath tub, shower and W/C.
Outside in the spacious garden, there is an outside shower, gas barbecue, outside seating area for 6 people, sun loungers and large private pool.
Overall, this beautiful villa is the ideal place to stay for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

We will come and visit you the morning after you arrive just to make sure everything is ok. We have 24/7 emergency call out who are never anymore than 15 minutes away.
Located less than 5 minutes walk from Kalamies Beach and the resort centre, this area of Pernera is an ideal base for exploring the area. A great variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach and central Protaras is just a 2 minute drive away.
Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages.
A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening.
Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer.
There is a bus stop and taxi rank 100 metres away from the villa.
