Rooms are gross. Visible mold in shower. Used to stay here annually when traveling from Charleston to NY and will no longer be booking here. Has gone down hill considerably. Staff hanging out in the lounge, sitting in cars smoking outside. Wouldn’t recommend anymore unfortunately.

Entire floor was really sticky, had to wear sandals, couldn't just wear socks. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the tvs Internet connection went out for most of the night.

I didn’t expect much from an Extended Stay. However, I wouldn’t have been the least upset if I had to extend my stay. The Coffee and continental breakfast is just what’s needed on a weekday morning. It definitely kept me out of 7/11 and Starbucks in the AM. The staff is great! No matter who was attending, they all attended with care in their eyes and happy to help. Thank you for making my and my family’s stay pleasant.

Family trip : moving from Florida to Pennsylvania

The Orbitz listing incorrectly states no parking at hotel. I almost skipped it for that sole reason, but price was too good, pet fee too reasonable, and area not listed unsafe, so had to investigate further. So many other reasonably priced options had terrible reviews and/or specific comments about bad atea and seedy characters all hours. Glad I called to ask if there were paid parking lots nearby and why they had no parking because the manager was so amazing to talk to and accommodating. He set the record straight that Orbitz listing was wrong and they had huge parking lot with most spaces of all hotels in area, and he wasn’t lying! Excellent parking onsite for free! We also explained our late arrival and traveling with pet, and asked if there was a weight limit or other restrictions. He was so nice to tell us they love pets there and no weight limits or specific restrictions. Graciously waived pet fee when we explained we were coming there to adopt another rescue dog and meeting the transporter late in the afternoon, so we would likely need to book a second night that we would be able to keep the room late into the afternoon without affecting their ability to clean and resell that day, but would need to check out early evening to go home because my husband had work the next morning. He gave us his name, told night shift and our pet fee was comped. Clean room. Safe area. Daytime walked with dog to shop/restaurants area. Long walk but we are energetic. Sidewalks made it easy

This Hotel was amazing and the workers were amazing as well.

First room was not clean but the 2nd room was. Comfortable enough but short on supplies. You had to ask the front desk for absolutely everything, even the hair dryer. Not enough parking and we had to check out @ 5:30 Sunday morning because they were closing the roads due to a marathon. Otherwise you were stuck there until after 10:30 am.

My hotel of choice for the weekend of the Marine Corps historic half marathon! Within walking distance to the finish line and you cannot beat the front desk staff and their awesome smiles and attitudes! Always a clean room, quiet and comfy bed.

It was the basic room. This place is dog friendly to the max and we appreciated this. My only complaint was the breakfast selections were meh at best. I did love the bottle filling station.

Walls are thin and bed moves a lot when one person moves. Exterior side door entry not working. Breakfast was a tiny snack. But good enough for just one night.

I had an excellent stay at Extended Stay. The room was big with a large walk-in shower. Everything was clean, modern, and a large refrigerator/freezer.

It was a thoroughly adequate hotel, especially if all you need is a place to sleep. The room wasn’t carpeted and the breakfast muffins were only slightly larger than mini muffins. Parking was limited and challenging to find as late as we arrived.

The accommodations were nice, room was clean with the exception of a garbage bag left by the room service. What was disappointing Picass the floor above me most of had children, and there was stomping on the floors and moving furnitures throughout the night in early morning.

My only thing was I wished it had a hair dryer in the room because by the time we got there I was too tired to go back downstairs. But literally everything was fine.

The first room given was very dirty. The tub even had what looked to be dry blood on the side. There was no toilet paper. I was given another room that was checked first and toilet paper in case the room was without. Second room was a step up from the first room. Being that it was late already we rested. The next day my daughter was looking for the tv remote. As I searched the sides of the tv to my surprise there was a sealed 6 pack of condoms hidden behind. I was in complete disbelief. The staff was really nice and professional. Would I recommend and ever return… absolutely not

Had a very weird smell. Front office said they only clean once a week since it’s extended stay

Check-in was slow. First room assigned was not made up. Had to be reassigned after they found an available room. The TV didn’t work. Called fr desk to come up to fix it. He came after awhile but he was not successful. This happened the last time we stayed in the same hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The people at the fr desk were very accommodating and tried to be helpful. All the other employees were very nice and helpful. Very happy it was a pet friendly hotel and everyone was so accepting of my big dog.

No complaints about staff. The walls and doors were nasty. It looked like dried up burgers on the picture and walls. The door was dirty and greasy. The place I was told was only a year old.

Check out was relatively smooth but I can’t say that for all the guests attempting to check in. Once we got to the room the presentation was good but it went downhill a bit after that. The floors were sticky, like audibly sticky when you walked on them with shoes. The fridge and freezer did not work. The bed were extremely comfortable though. There was a very odd black spatter stain on the floor just inside the door.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately the TV would not work and had to call the front desk several times for someone to come up to help with it. Front desk said they would give us a 20% discount on our room charge for the inconvenience. I thought that was very nice. So happy it was a pet friendly hotel. Would stay there again.

New property and excellent location.

Nice place. But not enough parking. Had to park in vskvokjnr parking lot and hope that they did not tow my car.

Lack of coffee maker in the room. Poor breakfast options and no bold coffee in breakfast.

Great location relative to the Convention Center (our event). The bathroom vanity counter needs to be bigger. Front desk personel wer every helpful.

Great service and amenities. Some guests were loud and smoking though.
