With a fantastic location, in the emblematic neighbourhood of Risco de San Nicolás, from where you can walk to Vegueta and Triana, this beautiful apartment is ideal for couples, families and business trips, as it has Smart TV, desk and fibre wifi internet, designed for teleworking. With two beautiful double bedrooms both with full en-suite bathrooms, the main bedroom with double bed and the second with a trundle bed. A spacious living-dining room with integrated equipped kitchen, which communicates via stairs with the spectacular terrace of the property located at the top, which has sun loungers, dining area and other areas where you can relax with the family, while enjoying the skyline of Las Palmas and the sea views.

With all the comforts and an unbeatable location, situated right in the centre of the capital, just a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions, such as the Cathedral of Santa Ana de Canarias, the Pérez Galdós Theatre, the bus stop, the Plaza de Las Ranas, the Vegueta Market and Triana Street, which has all the services, restaurants and shops around. A few minutes drive from Las Canteras beach and Las Alcaravaneras and its restaurants, where there is a summer atmosphere all year round.

The apartment itself is beautifully set up, with two comfortable bedrooms and a large living space. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. The roof terrace is well equipped and has spectacular views across the old town and out to sea. Potential guests should be aware the apartment is on quite a steep hill and some of the properties opposite are quite rundown. This need not spoil the experience - it didn't for us - but it did test our fitness levels!

The property was newly upgraded and nicely decorated. The kitchen was appointed with updated appliances and utensils. Bedrooms spacious and each had a large bathroom with a very nice shower. The location of the property to the old town area was sublime. Our favorite feature was the roof top terrace. Stunning views of the Atlantic and the Cathedral. Fabulous restaurants a short stroll away and a large super market down the hills. We loved our stay in Las Palmas

We loved this fabulous apartment. It had everything we needed for a great stay in Las Palmas. It is in a quiet neighbourhood very close to Triana and Vaguetta. The huge roof top terrace has fabulous views. The beds / bathrooms and amenities of the apartment were all perfect. Couldn’t fault it.

The shape of the apartment with a large roof top terrace, comfortable dining room incl kitchen and two modern toilets and sleeping room satisfies all needs. Further the location of the apartment is excellent. The old downtowon of the city, particularly the triana quarter is very close. So there is a lot of choice for restaurants, shopping facilities and super markets. Parking possibilities in a tight range of the apartment is available, particularly the aparciemento of the supermarket Marcedona is recommendable. I was wondering that there was no additional service or present by the home2book agency - despite the fact that I booked an apartment directly on their website three times within 12 months.

Perfecto para pasar unos días estupendos en una localización donde aciertas seguro, está en pleno centro de Las Palmas y súper cerca de la calle Triana, la plaza de Santa Ana...todo un lujo! La decoración de la vivienda junto con las vistas desde la terraza privada, lo convierten en una estancia inolvidable. El equipo de Home2Book excepcional!
