About this villa rental

Villa Arbanassi is an attractive rental property set at the back of Latsi coastal road, very close to the municipal beach, with lovely gardens, a private pool, air-conditioned bedrooms, and stunning sea views.
This superb villa has a modern interior and private parking; it is furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts for a family or party of 6 persons who can be accommodated in 3 airy bedrooms with a balcony and en-suite bathrooms.
Its interiors extend over two levels, while its lovely swimming pool is cleverly placed in the garden, on the ground level, with a magnificent gazebo, BBQ, and dining facilities.

Layout
The ground floor consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a front terrace overlooking the sea, an en-suite double bedroom, and a utility room with a washing machine.
An internal staircase from the living room lands on the upper level, which consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one is a bathroom and one is a shower/WC room) and front balconies with magnificent views.

Pool and Terraces
The sunny swimming pool (8m x 4m) is set in the middle of the front garden, facing the sea, accessed via a staircase from the main house, surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees, with all the necessary sunbathing facilities.
A chic rattan-furnished dining terrace is close to the pool and is covered by a pergola, as well as a fully equipped built BBQ for everyone wishing to try his cooking skills and dine al-fresco.

Villa Arbanassi is a unique house close to the local amenities and the municipal beach. It is ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing stay away from it all but also so close to them all if needed.

Villa is just like the photos on the site and is well positioned near amenities. We enjoyed BBQs and relaxing by the pool. The air conditioning was very welcome too. Hosts were quick to sort out any problems too. Would highly recommend

The villa is a stunning and provides all the comforts for a family. We loved spending time in the pool, enjoying the beautiful views of the sea and the gardens.The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Each room has its own balcony with stunning sea views, which we found incredibly relaxing.We had a rental car during our stay and had no trouble parking. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The stunning sea views, beautiful gardens, and private pool made for an unforgettable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable vacation in Latsi.

If you're looking for a chill vacation spot, you gotta check out this villa. The private pool and garden are a total vibe, and it's only a 50-minute drive from the airport. Plus, with air conditioning and space for 6 people, it's super comfy. The owner was awesome - super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing vacay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely villa and can't speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful setting of the villa, surrounded by lush gardens and boasting stunning sea views. One of the highlights of the villa is the fantastic pool and BBQ area, perfect for lounging around in the sun or hosting a delicious meal.Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in a beautiful location. The villa's friendly and welcoming owners were a pleasure to deal with, and the property was well-appointed with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. I cannot wait to return and enjoy another fabulous stay!

This is a spacious villa with many terraces for different times of day. Great sea/sunset views, and close to several restaurants of which Molos and Porto were the best. The pool was very necessary in the heat. There is a barbecue area which we didn’t use (just the two of us) but this would be a great villa for families.
