Ground floor with large terraces and garden area is very spacious with large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry. The terrace has a table with 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers, there are also at your disposal a table tennis table for children. The living room has a folding seat sofa with 2 armchairs and relax, with satellite television to view the timing of their country. In the dining room is a table and chairs for 6 people. The house is ideal for families with children and for older people with mobility problems even. Ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with 2 leather sofas and 4 electric relaxation, table for 6, direct access to terrace with open porch of 10 meters with table and chairs for 6 people, kitchen. From the living room you access the second floor solarium with stunning views of the bay. Both apartments have air conditioning.

It is an area where you can develop different activities: hiking, beach walks, horse riding, swimming. They can also emblematic places of the area as the famous Caves of Drach (Porto Cristo), Formentor, visits to wineries and vineyards. In Son Serra de Marina also find good restaurants such as the Lake where you can enjoy fresh fish, the Sun where you can eat some great pizzas and salads and the Sis Pins where you can enjoy tasty grilled meat. A 18 km is the village of Petra with a typical Mallorcan restaurant 'Es Celler.

We had a great stay at Son Serra and the apartment rented by Tony. The location is in a calm area with restaurants nearby. The apartment and outside pool was very nice. Tony was a great host who responded quickly when needed.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay The location was amazing. The apartment was perfect and clean. And Antonio and his family were so helpful and friendly. You may need a car if you want to visit different places. But would 100% recommend xx thank you

This is a ground-floor apartment (the upstairs is rented out or has the owner staying) which has everything you need. Three very adequate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living / dining area. There is also a big basement for washing, hanging out clothes etc and a perfectly amenable kitchen. The outside space is cool. The pool is lovely for a quick dip, it's great having drinks or dinner on the patio looking at the sea and there is a bit of play area for kids down the side of the house. We also loved the village. A great base for long, quiet coastal walks or exploring hidden coves if you have a car. And the bar at the marina for tapas, Sa Botigueta for essentials and a cheeky beer, Sis Pins for a nice dinner are all recommended. All that without mentioning the fact that Toni is a great host, so all in all we'd highly recommend this place.
