About this cabin rental

With a location that is both secluded in nature and near a bustling entertainment scene, Kemper’s Duet Cabins give you access to all the best of a getaway in the Ozarks. This rental is a combination of 2 separate homes close to one another on the same quiet street. 2 miles from Silver Dollar City, these luxury, rustic-style homes put you within minutes of thrilling rides and unique entertainment, while multiple outdoor decks offer an immersion into calming nature when you arrive back home. Each home has an inviting living area with lofted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a beautiful stone fireplace. This more formal living area opens right into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and share homecooked meals, while downstairs a more casual living space is furnished with cozy couches, smart tv, and pool table.

When booked together, these homes sleep a total of 36 guests between 12 private bedrooms (6 bedrooms in each home).

In the first home, bedrooms are furnished as follows:
- Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have a king size bed.
- Bedroom #3 has 2 queen size beds.
- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed and full size bed.
- Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed.
- Bedroom #6 has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom and a twin size bed on top, as well as 2 additional twin size beds.

In the second home, bedrooms include the following:
- Bedrooms #1 - #4 each have a king size bed.
- Bedroom #5 has 2 king size beds.
- Bedroom #6 has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top, as well as a separate king size bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A total of 6 street parking spaces are available.
- Washer and dryer in each unit.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

This enviable location also puts you 20-25 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Party fo 34! We had our grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary here and everyone went away happy! We rented two of the houses. There is an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool area up the hill by the clubhouse that we had access to. However, if you don't fully dry off before getting in the car, bring your own towel because the clubhouse towels that you check-out have to be returned before you leave the building or else you will be charged for them. They really do not want you to take them with you even if you plan on returning them later. And be sure that they actually log the towels back in and they see you put it in the bin. The cabin itself was great! Check-in was very easy and I absolutely LOVED the fact that I could just text the property manager and they would respond promptly if there was an issue. When we first arrived, it seemed that the A/C was not working; however, upon checkout, they put the A/C up to a whopping 78 degrees in the summer! They did not get done preparing the house for us until 20 min til 4pm/check in time. So it was not cool until after we all went to bed that evening. Throughout the stay, the air would be on but it was not enough to keep the house at the temperature we set on the thermostat. When we did think there was an issue though, the property manager sent out the maintenance worker and he checked it out for us quicker than I thought they would. After that, everything was great!

Upon arrival there was a strong smell of sewage. Upon investigation the sewer was running over into the lawn. Probably not to the fault of the owner, but it was pretty bad. Some of the bathrooms were unfurnished with toiletries. The dishes put away in the cabinet had food and lipstick on them. I brought a youth group on a church trip and there were edibles found in the house that the previous occupants had left. The cleaning crew left them where they were for us to find. Multiple of the bed frames were broken and collapsing. The coffee table was falling apart. The pool table had a leg broken off and was leaning severely. It all just felt cheap. The price did not reflect the property
