Come enjoy this newly-renovated condo in the historic Behrens loft building in the HEART of downtown Waco! Walk to Magnolia Silos, one block to Spice Village, and steps to all the best shops and restaurants Waco has to offer!

We stock a fully-furnished kitchen, with coffee/tea/hot chocolate, cookware, spices, serving plates, wine glasses and even frozen beer mugs in the freezer! There are 3 Roku TVs and high-speed WiFi.

Sleep soundly in our 2-bedrooms including:
- One bedroom with one king bed and one twin daybed

Location, location, location! Set in the heart of downtown Waco, you will be a short walk away from the Silos, Fabled Bookshop and Cafe, Spice Village, and the Dr. Pepper museum. In town for a Baylor event? There is a free trolley that picks up blocks from the condo. Or on game days you can choose to forgo traffic/parking and walk to McLane Stadium (23 min walk). Take a short stroll to some of the best shopping Waco has to offer at Magnolia Market and Spice Village.

One reserved parking spot comes with this rental! On the busiest weekends in Waco where it can be difficult to find parking downtown, you will have a reserved spot adjacent to the building.

When you walk in the building, you'll be met with the charm of the Behrens loft building. It boasts historical value as a converted pharmaceutical building and one of the only buildings that survived the devastating tornado of 1953.

Guests please take note: as this is located in a centralized area downtown, there are occasional noises from nearby businesses and a train. Being a historic condo building, there are also occasional noises from plumbing lines and neighboring condos that can be heard. We have provided white noise machines in each bedroom as well as in the living room next to the sleeper sofa for your comfort.

Feel 100% safe in this secure, locked building. To access the unit, you will use a door code that will be provided before check-in. You will have access to the entire condo except for one locked owner's closet. In the building rear, there is a ramp for easy access.

You'll enjoy the comfort of having a reserved parking space for those who bring a car. There are some residents who walk and bike most places as there is ample restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is also a free open air trolley that runs Friday and Saturdays that picks up one block from the condo.

House rules:
No parties allowed. Per City of Waco's short term rental regulations, our occupancy limit is 6. If a party is identified, guests will be evicted immediately without a refund.

Smoking policy: We have a strict No Smoking Policy. There is no smoking tobacco or illegal substances allowed on the property. This includes vaping. Please help us keep Silo Getaways a smoke-free zone. Violators will be subject to a $1000 fine + damage/cleaning fees.

Stayed here for college orientation visit at BU. It’s a perfect location to access campus quickly bay car and all the downtown/river district/silo district amenities all within easy walking distance. Super clean, beds comfortable, AC works amazing in the 100 degree plus heat, and fans in the bedrooms! Roomy bathroom for sharing. Building is secure with locked entrances. Will definitely stay again in the future!!!

A quick visit to check out the Magnolia properties and get caught up with family. Perfect location walking distance to The Silos and the 1928 Hotel. Nicely decorated loft with plenty of space and a full well finished kitchen. Great views out too!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend getaway to Waco thanks to our stay at The Pink Cheetah! Its everything we needed - clean, refreshing, stylish, sleek, easy, luxurious, and comfortable. Let's not forget to mention the views and prime location (walking distance to everything we wanted to do) and easy convenient parking. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated and when other stays provide bare minimum, this owner was thoughtful and included extras (I.e trash bags, plenty of seasonings, wash liquid and detergent). Our event was at the Waco Convention center and it was an easy 5 minute walk. The adjacent outdoor bar was unexpected however with loud live music well into the night but we managed. Overall, a great stay for the family!

From the beginning to the end, CJ, was a tremendous host. The property was everything and more as listed. It was extremely comfortable with a very relaxing atmosphere, and has the best views money could buy. From the bedrooms, to the kitchen, to the bath towels, everything was five stars! We will definitely be staying in the future for my entire family had an amazing experience!

Everything is 5+ stars with this condo!! First of all, unlike other units in this building, this one is NEWLY REMODELED and all the furniture/amenities are brand new!! The beds, pillows and linens are all PLUSH and so so so comfortable. I slept SO well here and cannot wait to come back! The view from the condo is incredible!! You really feel like you’re on top of the city, with a breathtaking view including the Brazos river, suspension bridges, McLane stadium, Cameron park and the historic ALICO building. This condo is ideally located in the most desirable area of Waco- just blocks to the Silos/Magnolia market, Baylor, tons of shops like spice village and the findery, and innumerable restaurants and shops! My friends and I had so much fun and we walked to EVERYTHING! One of my favorite parts of this condo is the HOST - CJ! Unlike many other condos in this building which are operated by a third party property manager, the host who is also the owner of the condo stayed in direct contact with us and was very communicative and informative. I’d stay with CJ again and again!
