As soon as you step in to the 1,765 sq. ft. house, you're welcomed by the very stylish living area. This is a comfortable house suitable for family. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the house very bright during the day. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen to include: microwave, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker (complimentary coffee & tea), blender, small George Forman grill, toaster, electric wine opener, wine glasses. Pots/pans, silverware, and children dishes. Retreat to three comfortable bedrooms. My mother is one of the pickiest people to travel with... we booked it without her input though, and she arrived to the property prior - I was worried... but when they arrived, all .y mother had to say was "the place is amazing". We were here for Christmas and there were decorations on the fireplace, and the neighborhood was lit with cheer. The house was clean and we barely wanted to leave to visit family! The pool - omg it was amazing. Hot waterfalls poured in hours of the day and heated the pool to at least 80s or maybe 90s. It was like a bathtub. Just be caref arriving at night, my mom walked right into the shallow end without realizing because she didnt see that the chairs were IN the shallow end LMAO Also Yvonne was quick to reply and help with anything we needed - just saying.

We stayed in November and had family over for an early thanksgiving dinner. The house is immaculate, it couldn’t be any cleaner. They have everything you need for cooking and cleaning during your stay. The home is conveniently located near I-4, it is on a busy street but we knew that when we picked it. Great place to stay In Deltona. We will definitely stay here again since our grandchildren live in the area.

We had to change our traveling at the last minute(moving them up) The home we originally reserved was not available I jumped on VRBO and booked this place. I’m very happy we did. Great location (near family) well stocked with just about everything amenity you’d need. Would both recommend and book this property again.

Lovely renovated home located on a semi busy street. Plenty of room with a relaxing getaway feel. Pool is very child friendly as it has a shallow area where kids can sit and play. Home is within 10 minutes of stores and restaurants.

Loved this updated home for our family of 4 to stay. The kids room with 2 beds was perfect for my twin boys, and there were even a few games for them to play. Beds were comfortable and pool was great for the boys to enjoy. We had one mishap with the sewer, and it was resolved and rectified by Yvonne. We are homeowners and understand things happen, so this is nothing against her home. The point is her quick response was appreciated. We would certainly stay here again.

This a beautiful house with a terrific pool. The house has many upgrades & is very comfortable. I was there with my family & there were plenty of places for us to hang out, catch up and relax.The owners were very responsive & the amenities were great. Just as advertised. I would highly recommend this place to come and stay for any amount of time.

This house was perfect for our stay. The pool was really nice and the house had everything we needed. Yvonne was extremely responsive and was a great host. The beds were also really comfortable. Overall this was a great house to stay at.

The property is beautiful. It is immaculate, up-to-date modern. It is put together well. The windows and and multiple glass sliding doors over looking the pool makes it feel like a resort. The pool is heated. Which we were able to use when the temperature dropped down in the 60’s. I got a quick response when I had some questions (within minutes). I would definitely recommend this property to others and would use it again.

The house had a beautiful pool, boutique type decor and was extremely clean. There were games for things to do, plenty of areas for pur family to either do things together or have our own space. Master bedroom was well sized! Top rated appliances and welcoming messages from the host for use of the home. 2 min from a nice shopping center, 30 min from the beach...all around a perfect place to relax and spend time with family!

The home was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. It was equipped with everything a hotel would have plus more(washer and dryer with laundry detergent). We really enjoyed staying there. The host responded quickly to my questions! Although there’s no blinds in the front dining room and it’s on a busy street, I highly recommend this property!!!
