An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off when coming back from the beach.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

This place was perfect…I had originally planned to just go by myself- as a middle school teacher, I simply wanted some peace and quiet. However, once I told my twin seniors my plans- they jumped in (along with one of their best friends) and we took off. Those memories cannot be replaced.. The little extras like laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps, pool towels, and plenty of towels were not expected, but very much appreciated! Marked this as a favorite for future excursions.

The lighting was either all on our all off...no mood lighting and no reading lights in the bedroom. Other than that, it was a wonderful place and we'd stay there again

Everything about this booking was easy from getting upfront pricing details to frequent communication about the check-in to check-out instructions. The messages were clear and there was no confusion about anything. As far as the house is concerned, it’s a perfect place to stay being just a couple blocks from the beach. It was mostly clean(forgot to sweep under the sofa, but nothing major) and well kept overall. All the appliances were in good working order(except for the stove light bulb) and the water was nice and hot. There were a few other occupied houses nearby, but it was very quiet. The neighborhood is in good shape and seems quite safe. It’s also close to the ferry, grocery store(IGA) and other conveniences. Overall this was a great experience and I’ll be back to this house or others on the block.

I love Port A and have been coming for many years. This was a cute place but in need of some TLC!! All of it, including the outside seating area. A little bummed about it!

Place is great, but we have to pay a pet deposit and there’s no where for our pup to use the restroom. There’s one patch and it’s full of thorns which we didn’t see and he had several thick thorns stuck on his pads.

I took my 16 year old daughter to Port A for some mother/daughter time before school started back. This little house was perfect. It had everything we needed. The location is close to town and the beach. The home was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would have and it’s very minor is to add some mixing bowls and a broom with dust pan to the property. We truly enjoyed our time and will stay again.

The pictures make it look way nicer than it is. The place was pretty gross, sticky floors, bathroom is gross. I wore socks or house shoes the entire time indoors. Had to rewash the dishes and wipe the counters before using anything. This place definitely needs some tlc.

We stayed for my son's second birthday. The house was super close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Loved having the shower downstairs and couldn't imagine staying in a place without one. Wasn't the cleanest place that I stayed in and I would probably bring all my own linens next time, but would definitely book again.

The property was as listed and very clean and comfortable. The Host and all of the neighbors were very pleasant, and parking was plentiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.
