Our spacious mountain home is the perfect sanctuary for large groups, families, and friends, accommodating up to 8 guests. Located a mere 10-minute drive from the ski slopes and Main Street, our property offers a harmonious blend of tranquility and convenience.

Relax and unwind in our exclusive Game Room, where you can test your billiard skills or engage in lively ping-pong matches. Additional entertainment options include shuffleboard and a Poker Table, all at your disposal to help you disconnect from your daily routine and create cherished memories with your loved ones.

Our private home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, ensuring a quiet retreat after a day of skiing and outdoor activities. Step outside onto our expansive deck and soak in the breathtaking mountain scenery that surrounds you. With free parking, an outdoor deck, washer and dryer, our home provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Blue River area.

Public transportation is available as well as ridesharing companies. We highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle from Oct to April.

Guests will have access to the entire home, deck and outdoor spaces. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.

Guest Requirements Prior to Booking:

** Must be at least 21 years old and has completed Airbnb's and VRBO's ID verification

** All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 25 years old

** It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.

** We recommend to have a 4x4 vehicle from October to April.

** Please note: Potential for snow and a walk up is very possible. Being in the mountains, there's a possibility of severe weather and our snow plowing services might not be available.

** NO CAMPFIRES: Park County does not allow short-term renters to have wood campfires on the property. It is against the County regulations and will be strictly enforced.

**VRBO Review:** "We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Blue River, just south of Breckenridge. The location made it super easy to get to Breckenridge and explore the surrounding cities. The evenings were wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The house itself was great, with excellent amenities like pool, shuffleboard, and a spacious downstairs area for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient mountain getaway!"

We escaped the heat in Austin for a trip to the mountains. The house was cozy for our family of 5 plus mother in law. It was 10 min from Breckenridge and close to our excursions of bike riding, fly fishing and horse back riding.

The house was great. The property surrounding the house is absolutely beautiful! We loved looking out the windows at all of the beautiful trees and snow, we even saw a moose. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and game room was a lot of fun.
