Situated in the heart of Seahouses within the popular harbourside development of The Viking, is Castle View. As its name suggests, there are fabulous views of the iconic Bamburgh Castle from the balcony off the lounge/diner together with further sea views from the balcony off the master bedroom. Set over two floors, Castle View is a very spacious two bedroomed, two-bathroom apartment offering modern, comfortable furnishings for 4 people. With parking, a private garage and a communal seafront garden this property has everything you need and more to have a wonderful holiday in Seahouses.

Entrance hall with hanging space for coats/bags.
Open plan lounge/diner with comfy sofa, relaxer chair and footstool, Smart TV, dining table and 4 chairs, French doors to balcony with outdoor seating for 4 people.
Kitchen with electric single oven, hob, dishwasher, under counter fridge and freezer and microwave.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, mirrored wardrobe and TV.
Shower room with walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with double bed, mirrored wardrobe, French doors to balcony with sea views. En suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Utility cupboard with washing machine
OTHER FACILITIES
Parking for one car plus garage for small car and /or storage of bikes, surfboards, golf clubs. Electric heating. All power, linen and towels included in rent. Regret no dogs. Communal garden with views to the Farne Islands. Ocean Leisure Club Membership 2021/2022 (Entrance fee payable).
Although this property will not accept dogs, please be aware that there are occasions when the owner brings their dog to the property - if you have allergies please contact the office.

Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
