Beautiful apartments right beside the metro

Staff were so helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable. So convenient to get to. Take away next door is next level!

Attention aux cautions !

En arrivant à l'accueil on me demande de régler la chambre car le prélèvement n'était qu'une "caution" au prix de la chambre (182euros) mentionnée nulle part. J'ai donc dû à 1h du matin chercher un distributeur de billets car le réceptionniste n'en connaissait même pas. Une semaine après j'attends toujours le remboursement de ma caution. Je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel malgré que ça se soit toujours bien passé habituellement.

Un hôtel agréable Le parking en sous sol est un plus non négligeable Le personnel est sympathique Nous avions des studios communicants et tous les 2 très bien équipés et très confortables

L’attente à notre arrivée pour récupérer nos clefs Un seul ascenseur en fonctionnement sur les 2 présents, mais leur prestataire avait indiqué une date de réparation non respectée. Le problème n’était donc pas de leur fait mais vu la taille de l’établissement c’est dérangeant

Cet hôte n’est jamais pas faible !

Rien !

2ème jour, je retrouve ma chambre totalement retournée par la femme de chambre ! C’est inadmissible… 3ème jour, je me fais voler dans ma propre chambre !! Je n’y reviendrai plus jamais dans cet établissement.

L’établissement est très bien situé les équipent sont complets et en excellent état . Les prestations sont très professionnelles et l’accueil fort sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est d’un bon rapport qualité prix

L'hôtel en lui-même nous a plu, dommage pour le reste.

Hôtel bien décoré, chambre propre et bien équipée. Literie confortable. Petit-déjeuner correct. Personnel aimable.

Impossible de dormir la nuit. Je ne sais pas si c'était parce que nous étions au 6ème étage mais le vent faisait un bruit épouvantable contre la fenêtre. De plus il y avait une sorte de claquement intempestif (impossible de trouver d'où cela venait) Etonnant qu'il n'y ai pas de parking vu la zone où est située l'hôtel et sa taille. Nous n'avons pas trop apprécié non plus que la femme de chambre essaye de rentrer le matin alors que nous y étions encore. Il serait bien que le service d'étages se coordonne avec la réception afin de savoir quelles chambres ont été libérées ou non .

Je n'ai pas pris le petit dejeuné , pendant mon sejour mais la prochaine fois j'en prendrrai et j'aurai quoi à commenter

Jusque là j'ai pas encore vu à amelioré tout etait bon pour moi

Séjour de qualité dans un studio bien équipé, reposant et accueillant.

Etablissement propre, fonctionnel - Conforme au descriptif (la salle de sport était un de mes critères de sélection). Personnel souriant, accueillant, disponible. Bon emplacement, à proximité des commerces. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Les chambres ne font jamais prêtes à l’heure et la compétence des gens à l’acceuil est déplorable. C’est notre 5 eme séjour et c’est toujours un bordel pas possible de récupérer notre chambre sans passer 25 minutes pour les formalités

Chambre propre et grande. Personnel hyper sympas. Petit dej au top.

Ma chambre n’était pas prête à mon arrivée, pas de réseau dans les chambres mais la wifi fonctionne très bien. La porte de ma chambre n’était pas correctement fermée à mon arrivée et quelqu’un (je suppose la femme de ménage) est entré dans la chambre alors qu’il était plus de 18h, je n’ai pas compris pourquoi.

Hotel très correct

Très propre, lit très confortable et salle de bain plus que correcte. Draps à disposition et chambre très jolie !

Le personnel à la réception étais très froid, et beaucoup de bruits sourd dans le chambre. Pas de parking est le point très très négatif de l'hôtel.

parfait

le lit était assez haut pour cacher la PS5 que j'ai offerte à mon mari c'était génial, l'équipement était très bien et quand j'ai oublié un doudou le personnel l'a cherché et gardé quelques jours le temps que j'aille le chercher ! l'hôtel est vraiment bien merci pour ce séjour.

l'hôtel est un peu loin du rer si on aime pas marcher environ 15/20 min mais sinon rien à dire !

The hotel was was really lovely , very clean and staff the where wonderful. The rooms where spacious and very very clean , soft bed and lots of storage space . The kitchenette had all the utensils you need to cook up a storm if you wanted with a nice size fridge and microwave . Train station straight to Disneyland Paris was a short 10 mins walk away , shopping centre 7 mins walk , bus stop right outside 2 stops to noisy le grande train station. Lots of food shops around dominos pizza Chinese , Italian all 10 mins walk , pan Asian cuisine right beside hotel

Wish the breakfast has a little more variety

Staff were friendly, it was clean and close to the RER station

A payment was taken that they couldn't see on their system, 4 days after checkout this is still pending in my account. I was just told to wait. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice. The gym is minimal, cable machine 2 bikes 1 treadmill that wasn't working. Asked for twin beds, got a double and pillows are small, more like large cushions

Everything. The room was clean and new. The receptionist were all pleasant, approachable and able to speak English. The location was excellent. Supermarket, shopping mall, restaurant, train station (rer) is walking distance. WiFi is available

Great hotel at a good price, perfect for city and Disney

Good clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, good location for city and Disney.

Don't think it's quite finished yet, lacking some facilities, but it is a cheap option anyway. Could do with some finishing off in regards to the bar etc.

Nice decoration very comfortable for 2 adults and one girl 16 years old ! It's a good location for disneyland with only 5 stops by train and for Paris it's easy to train and metro ! Good for the family ! But at night when you return by train it's only the area down the bridge that looks dangerous ....but if you go the circle is ok ! Thank you !

Down of my room i think an open new store and in the morning make noise...and the pillows must be longer It's small for sleep!

Clean, modern hotel, great facilities, great location for RER to Disney and Paris city centre

Family of four, modern connecting rooms, twins beds for kids and two bathrooms made this perfect for us! Lovely decor, very clean, very comfortable. Little kitchen in both rooms with hob, microwave, fridge etc quiet, no noise. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

If you stay for 5-7 days you only get your room cleaned once, however did ask for towels and toilet roll to be replaced during stay and staff were happy to help/provide. No tea towels, wash cloths/sponges or washing up liquid to clean dishes provided which was only realised once we had used the dishes. As a kitchen etc is provided would be good if things to clean it were provided if the room is only cleaned once in a week. A lot of reviews have commented about the area feeling unsafe. On our first day we went to look for the arcade/ shopping centre so we could find the RER and know where to go the next few days to get to Disney or into Paris. We ended up walking a longer route round, through some streets that did feel unsafe however reading previous reviews I think made this feel worse. However if you cross the road to the opposite side of the hotel entrance at the road crossing, straight ahead is an opening between two blocks of apartments, there is a children’s play park there, walk past the play park and straight ahead is a multi storey car park, walk through the multi storey at ground level to the other side and turn right, walk a short walk ahead and you will see the shopping centre entrance to the left. Shopping centre is great and RER in at level 0. Access to RER is great, 17.50 euro for 4 of us to Disney each way and 15 euro to Paris city centre each way. Very easy to use the train and drops you right at the entrance to Disney no further transport required. Once we understood the route from hotel to RER we felt perfectly safe make the journey each day. We left early morning and some evenings didn’t return until 8/9pm.
