Mountain Villa 2B3 has five steps in, is ONE LEVEL and within walking distance of the GOLF COURSE. This PET FRIENDLY unit offers INTERNET ACCESS, has a PREMIUM RATING and SLEEPS TEN. The LIVING ROOM has a FLAT SCREEN TV and offers a SLEEP SOFA/QUEEN. The fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. There is a fully functional KITCHEN, and the DINING ROOM seats SIX. The MASTER bedroom has a QUEEN bed, and the second bedroom offers TWO PYRAMID BUNK beds. This unit also has TWO FULL BATHS. It is a short COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ride to the slopes and main Resort. You can relax on the DECK with a view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort's beautiful, wooded landscape. Mountain Villa units are not Ski In/Ski Out.   Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community. All homes include washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue.    During the summer months, this unit is conveniently within walking distance of the community pool.
