Horrible night with sound of generator of electricity . In room 104 with smoke .

There is nothing that u can like in this property.

Property on booking .Com photos says very good clean but when u reach to property it is different . Not clean ( on the bed many hair ) not changed .Smell moisture in room and staff is totally not knowing their job. On booking site it shows good. And free breakfast and there they say it not free. I asked hot chocolate milk . The receptionist said it’s to pay separately . Asked for espresso . It’s same . For breakfast they give menu one shiity paper. Written lot of thing. But u have to say order only one thing for one person rest is payent

Шумно от дверей в отеле и от дороги, но это во всех отелях Индии, тк это их калорит и звуки Индии.

Not worth spending money. Very average rooms and quality of stay was below average.

The Location of the property is very prime and easily accessible. The place has a good decor and can be qualified as boutique hotel but inside the hotel there are so many issues , I would never go back to this hotel.

Lack of staff, even though present staff was trying to be accommodative but they were not enough. We did not have hot water for almost 3 days and nothing was done. There were so many excuses made but bottom line - NO HOT WATER and it was 1st week of Jan which was pretty chilly. The Rooms were not what they are showing on the pictures. Quality of linens were so bad and dirty.

Its location is very nearby to the airport. It was very clean and the staff was understanding and polite

There is no comfortable sitting arrangement in the room. Too much attention is given to the decor rather than comfort

A pleasant stay. But I may not recommend to others because I’m concerned about their maintenance.

The facilities were cool, clean and pleasant. The bar food and breakfast food were excellent.

My room had leakage through the window after the rain. The staff excused the leakage rather than immediately coming to check on it. Fortunately it did not leak the second time it rained.

Considering wifi issue, I would rate 5/10 otherwise 8/10

Well managed, neat and clean

Wifi is poor. I was almost disconnected for 2-3 days There were 2 restaurants with 2 separate billings.

The location is near the Airport, World trade park with lots of restaurants around, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Stuffs were helpful, Yogesh and other at reception helped us find cabs to go around and during check-out. Breakfast was good.

Nothing much, electricity gone twice one day for like 1-2 min each time. Not sure why probably load shedding or something. Not a big deal.

We had a nice stay at Bur'dera. The breakfast was good. The decor and the upstairs bar are very nice.

The location is not ideal if you want to go into the old town a lot. It's on a main road, so there is a lot of noise.

Perfect Airport Hotel with plenty to do near by

Location to the airport was amazing. Close to the World Trade Park mall meant lots of food options. Stylish room with amazing bathroom.

1. We booked the hotel several days back for 2 nights, 2 balcony rooms. When we arrived at the hotel rooms were not prepared and we had to wait 30 mins in one room. 2. They alloted us one balcony room and one non balcony room in first floor. Only after we mentioned we had 2 balcony room booking, they changed it to a balcony room. 3. The rooms were very small, with unrealistic furnitures of almost no use. They had a big common space with nothing useful reducing the space inside the rooms. 4. The mini refrigerator was actually heating things up instead of cooling. 5. In the second allotted balcony room, there was something dead (probably a house lizard) and emitting very foul smell when we switched on the AC. They didn't have any fans so we had to bear with it one full night. 6. Second day when we told them about the smell, they told couldn't do anything within the day and shifted us to the first alloted noon balcony room. 7. But during the we saw they alloted someone else in that room meaning they might have fixed the problem but didn't give us the room. 8. We saw bugs under the mattress. 9. Although they themselves (as per their policy) made us clear full payment for room booking, at the time of checkout, they tried to confuse us that we didn't paid in full and tried to extract around 2000 more from us since they knew we might be in a hurry. They wasted 15 mins to clear the confusion created by them. I would never recommend anyone for that hotel or any other hotel of same brand in other places.

One of the best place to stay near the Airport.

We had a wonderful time, the breakfast & overall cocktail and food was nice. The terrace upstairs has great views and vibe. All and all a wonderful experience.

It was clean hotel nice restaurant on the 4th floor. Breakfast was not included and food was only vegetarian not even eggs were offered but it is understood due to cultural reasons.

The name of the room I booked was a King Deluxe room but in fact it was just a standard room nice clean standard room

There are plenty of good hotels with good service in Jaipur - this isn’t one of them.

Clean rooms, close to the airport

The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care enough to make guests comfortable. The hotel has loud instrumental music playing in the halls which can be heard in the rooms.

Had a Amazing Stay

Everything is great at this hotel, my family and I enjoyed our stay here. Great ,nice boutique rooms and restaurants ( all helpful staff ) they have a specialised arabic room which serves the most delicious Mediterranean food. Looking forward to coming back soon again. Also , thank you for arranging the pick up and drop at the midnight.

Awesome, We will definitely come back.

Our second stay at this beautiful boutique property and surely not our last one. We keep visiting Jaipur for short stays and to explore more. Came across this property a couple of months ago right next to the airport and the experience has been nothing but phenomenal. The staff has been really courteous, rooms are very fresh , boutique like and the restaurants upstairs are serving all things delicious.. It’s a great relaxing stay for me always. Keep up the good work.

Staff. Very nice, the girl and Mr Singh at front desk.

House keeping. They did not clean our rooms every day and one of our group hot no cleaning for the 4 days she was there. This was bad.

Beautiful Boutique Stay

it’s beautifully made with well maintained and clean interiors. The breakfast is a la carte but so delicious, absolutely love their dosas! The staff is also really good, the senior manger, Kumud and Yogesh all were courteous and paid attention to detail.They also have a great rooftop bar.

The location is not fair from main attractions however it’s close to airport

Too expensive for what one get

The rooms and the bathrooms were cozy and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful

Firstly there wasn't no generator in the hotel. I stayed there for 2 days and one day there wasn't no current for around 3-4 hours. And secondly breakfast menu was too less. Stay was good but this place is too expensive for what they charge, you can find a lot better options nearby

A lovely boutique hotel well connected to all the other places.

The place is beautiful, staff is very helpful and the hotel for us as a family was just perfect. They gave us connected balconies to the kids room which made things easier for us. Although it was pure vegetarian, they have an exceptional continental menu.
