VERY RUDE SECURITY GUARD!!!

I love the convenience of having everything around so close to the vicinity...

I hate all the security guard around there... They are freaking rude and very inconsiderate towards customer situation. The swimming pool regulation was not really clear and the guard doesn't really explain the situation properly... They literally let me in only for 5 freaking minutes to swam and then without being considerate that i've only been in the pool for only 5 freaking minutes and asked me to leave and even threatened me and my family to get out of the pool...

Please don't come or book this place. So bad

Nothing. The place was so Untidy and dust everywhere. My family have to out because the was too dirty.

Everything. The bed was uncomfortable. So hard like sleeping on a stone.

Huge apartment with table in each of room. All necessary shops near apartment. AC and ventilator in each room.

Very slow wifi - 2 Mbit/s. We asked to solve this problem - after that speed was increased to 8 Mbit/s but it was still not enough to work online. Only paid early check-in. Only one towel per room.

I like it because it was center place and not far from imago, there is swimming pool with a great view..

property is good like there is sofa, bed, pillow, blanket, towel, dining table, slipper, mini fridge, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine and so on..

but the problem is the bed in master bedroom is to hard.. and the sofa in the living room is only one and so limited, the iron board has no screw when we first come in and wanted to used it but somehow we contact the customer service on the spot and they fix it on the next morning.. I was thankful for their fast respond and services.. and lastly the swimming pool on the night is dangerous in my opinion because there is only small light facing through the swimming pool.. I cannot see clearly when Im on the pool.. also the bathroom hose handle dont have..

Great stay for a family of 7

It was a last minute booking when we arrived at KK, the host was very helpful and attentive to all my inquiry and provides us with comfortable room even for 1 night only.

Hose bidet needs to replace.

Awesome property for a great staycation🥰

Property is located at nearest restaurant, shops & shopping mall. Nearest to town area. Strongly recommended to those who are travelling from other countries. Host also is very friendly & helpful. If we've have another opportunity to travel to sabah again, sure will look for the same location 🫶.

Recommended to add more rubbish bags & tissues. Also mirrors.

We really enjoyed the stay here

Went with my Korean friends before their flight back to Korea, we really enjoyed the stay, the rooms are clean, nice view, friendly staffs, reasonable price, will definitely go back again.

Can't wait to visit the place again.

overall everything is good !!! the apartment feel like home and it is spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants & convenient stores at downstairs and near imago shopping mall. swimming pool have very nice view especially the sunset view. very satisfied. very recommend.

Love the location, very convenience. There is lots of nice restaurants and convenient store nearby. Clean house with comfortable bed, water heater, washing machine, hair dryer and iron provided. Overall worth it for our group of 6 person. Very Recommended !!

first time visitor staying and very troublesome experience but very good room.

clean room, very satisfactory equipment

no receiption, having to contact via whats up/call makes it difficult for guests who come as families, high money deposits from room fees and very late and slow deposit returns.

appliances are complete.highly secure.nice pool view.surrounded by public facilities,malls,attractions and best cafes

owners guide through wasap really sucks.house space is small.fan in living room cannot function.the electric plug in master bedroom also bad.hard mattress in all bedroom

last minute just sent a whatsapp to ask ppl pay rm200 for deposit by online transfer. y this all no list on detail there

toilet with bathroom just in one only but dint list out about it. if in family trip not recommended. the sofa bed at living room oso very smelly. 🤮. a lot cockroach at the kitchen are.😮‍💨
