The pine green timber-clad exterior is typical of these historic 'Armstrong Cottages'. Natural colours and tones, stripped wood and slate interior decor adds to the coastal feel. The home has a real family atmosphere and all the practicalities needed for your self-catering stay -a fully fitted dining kitchen and outside dining table and seating within the high fenced, lawned garden.
Indoors, you can cosy up on the sofa in front of the wood burning stove, you can even bring your four-legged friend away with you, who may enjoy a warm stop by the fire!

Rooms: Ground floor: Living room with log burner. Open plan kitchen/dining area with french doors to the garden. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room with WC and basin. First floor: Twin bedroom. Double bedroom with castle views. Second double bedroom with king size bed. Contemporary family bathroom with bath and shower
Kitchen & utilities: Range cooker and hob. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Filter coffee machine
Entertainment: Smart TV. Books and magazines
For families: Travel cot and high chair on request. Toys and games
Outside: Front open lawned garden and driveway. Enclosed south facing rear garden with patio, lawn and garden furniture
Parking: Parking for one large, or two medium, cars and street parking
General: Bedding and bath towels provided, extra linen and towels available on request (charges apply). Wi-Fi. Welcome tray of milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Starter supply of kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, washing up liquid, salt and pepper. Sewing kit. First aid kit. Oil central heating. Electricity included
Pets: 2 pets are welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property
Accessibility: This is a two-storey property. It sleeps six and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. No bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen, dining and living space has level access and stairs to the first floor. There is a parking space for 2 cars, directly outside and on the street. The front entrance has sloping access. The outdoor space has stepped access. Externally there is a rear garden with stepped access
