The space
The spa-like private apartment home:
This private apartment is attached to a beautiful home on a large lot.
It is furnished with a queen size bed, a convertible queen size sofa bed, a full size fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and small appliances, a dining table, a work desk area, a spa-like bathroom, and a fully furnished living room area with a mobile 50 inch television.

The apartment home has keyless entry and a blue-tooth shower system.

Master Suite Fit For Your Majesty:
This large master suite is decorated with high-end luxury bedding, a king size bed, modern chairs and a table, oversized nightstands, a wall table, a built-in 50 inch television, an oversized social media worthy mirror, a private bathroom with a color-changing blue-tooth shower speaker and a shower bar with romantic lighting and several water massage settings.

2 Twins or 1 King - You Choose:
This spacious bedroom gives you the option of selecting a bedroom that houses 2 twin beds or a king bed. You pick it and we will get it situated for you.
The spacious bedroom is decorated with high-end luxury bedding, a choice of 2 twin beds or a king size bed, storage benches, nightstands, blackout curtains, a 42 inch television, and an oversized round social media worthy mirror.

This spacious bedroom is decorated with high-end luxury bedding, a queen size bed, a storage stool, bedside tables with a lamp and storage, blackout curtains, a 42 inch television, and an oversized social media worthy mirror.

The hall bathroom has a large luxury double vanity and a shower -tub combo.

The main door to the home and the spacious bedrooms are all equipped with keyless entry.

The fully equipped shared kitchen is inclusive of pots, pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, small appliances, and more. The quartz kitchen island and the glass dining table both seat 4 each.
The shared living room space houses an oversized sofa with 2 chaise lounges on each end. A 60 inch television sits above the functioning wood burning fireplace.

Common areas also include a laundry room room with a full size washer and dryer, a marble look patio, a large shared back yard, a large deck with a firepit, and an oversized swimming pool!
A full gym, a recreation room, and individual storage units will be added in the very near future.

All furnishings, utilities, and the enhanced highspeed internet are included in the price!
Rollaway beds are available for rent.

My Family and I came in for Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time! The house was very clean and organized! Access into the house was easy and communication with the host was very prompt! The pool and deck were where we spent most of our time,full sun during the day in a nice quiet neighborhood. We’d happily stay again!!

The house itself was nice but needs a lot of attention to detail. Better cleaning as there were dead flies on the bedroom floor & someone’s nasty used eye lash on the bathroom floor. The bathrooms need shower mats. Need tissues in the bathrooms as well. The inside of the front door & sliding door to deck need rugs to wipe your feet. My husband fell & sustained a big skin tear on his shin & top of his foot coming in from the wet deck. There should be a hand rail at the steps going from the 1st floor to the bedrooms. The batteries in some of the remotes were dead. Need instructions on the thermostat & a cleaner more detailed welcome manual. WIFI & TV DID NOT WORK THE ENTIRE 4 DAYS!!!! AND…..DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY FOR THE POOL. It was closed with caution tape. Upon closer observation we noticed there were cracks in the cement & the pool is obviously sinking The deck was nice but the chair cushions & pillow were old, stained & wet. There should be a storage box on the deck to keep them in. This house cost me A LOT OF MONEY & there was no cancelling!!! It was not worth the money I paid! I do not recommend booking this VRBO. They also wanted additional monies to check in early, we declined & was at the front door at the 4pm check in time with no access code to the door. Code was suppose to be in the app and was not. 2 phone calls and texts to finally get someone to answer & we finally got in. They did apologize. On a positive note the beds were comfy.

The initial opinion of this properly looked favorable. As the family and I moved into the house we found this house to be less than what we expected. The 1 star rating was so low because of the infestation of fruit flies, ants, roaches. There wasn't enough towels for the family. The listing said sleeps 12, but didn't have 12 towels. When notifying the owner of the issues in the house they provided more towels and a couple of bottles of insect spray. Treating a insect problem shouldn't be the renter's responsibility. Although we didn't purchase to use the pool the area around the pool and in the backyard was off limits. That was not noted in the listing. We were quick to get a message from the owner that that area was off limits. But when we were trying to contact her about the infestation of bugs we cannot contact her on either number that was on the site. I had to contact VRBO customer service due to non-contact with the owner/property manager. Multiple drawers in the kitchen area seem like they're broken due to them sagging when opening. The Wi-Fi was in and out in the evening times not allowing the tv to work. You cannot leave the front door open because the screen door didn't latch allowing bugs to fly into the house. 585 Allison St Northwest Concord North Carolina is not a recommendation that would give. Standards of the house and the support of the owner were both poor.
