Quiet 3 Bedroom, Walk-in Condo at Fall Creek.
Welcome to our beautiful three bedroom condo. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops and freshly painted cabinets. It is equipped with full size appliances and cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, cups, mugs and more. There is a dining room table that seats 6 and two bar stools as well. Each bedroom has its own smart tv so you can log in and watch all your favorite streaming services. Bedrooms all have a king size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has its own bathroom that is equipped with a walk in rainfall shower. There is also a beautiful newly added electric fireplace in the master bedroom. It can give off lots of heat or you can just turn it on for the ambiance. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The comfy living room has a large couch, two chairs and a couple ottomans. The living room tv has cable along with streaming channels and a beautiful corner electric fireplace and tv combo. There is a large patio off the living room and master bedroom. It has a large table and chairs to sit and relax. While sitting on the patio you can watch some golf because it backs to Pointe Royale which is the next complex over. You can also feel free to do laundry while you are here, we provide laundry tabs and dryer sheets to use for our full size front load washer and dryer. There are board games and a fun tic tac toe board to play if it rains out your outdoor plans. We are pet friendly!!

This property is in an excellent location and close to all of the attractions of Branson. We loved how cozy the unit was and close enough to everything it was just a hop skip and a jump to everything. Our family truly loved our stay and look forward to another getaway next year. The unit was very clean and was ready to go when we arrived. We did have a minor issue with the electronic lock but luckily they were able to reset it and get us in within a matter of minutes. I would recommend this property to any family looking for a getaway.

This property was actually quite large and great for our dog (because of the easy access to outdoors through the 2 sliding glass doors out the back). This is a great place for 6 adults. Loved the in-unit Laundry. We were fortunate to have no one above us during our stay. Overall, a great experience.

This condo was so clean, nice, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We had 6 adults 1 infant and 3 dogs. Loved the shower head! I had shoulder surgery not long before and the shower helped so much. Wished I could take it home. Having privacy around the patio and the 2 doors to access the patio made my little dogs so happy. And lots of room to stretch out and see the birds and squirrels as I drank my coffee. Literally right when we left the condo it flooded, the upstairs AC clogged up. Melinda was immediately on it getting it repaired. Thanks Melinda for letting us stay, we will be back! Laura & family

Bathroom had been damaged since May and wasn’t fixed. Never spoke to host. Very rude & inattentive. Didn’t tell me bathroom was without ceiling, paint & Sheetrock peeling in aweful condition until 1 hour before checkin. Terrible !

Were not told until day before that we may not be able to checkin at 4. Because of damage that was 2 weeks old. We loved the place, near everything we wanted to do, lots of room,. Floor planl used all the space. Great! Kids and adults liked it! Lots of cooking utensils and supplies.

Condo was as described. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, WI-FI was excellent compared to other places we have stayed where WI-FI was weak and slow. Melinda was excellent host. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a good stay and would probably stay again. The only complaints I had would be the parking and extremely loud upstairs neighbors. The parking was horrible and had to park and walk the entire time we stayed. And of course no one could predict we would have loud neighbors but their kids kept us up way to late and woke us up way to early!

The property was very nice. They had some games to play, plenty of towels and dishes. Convient to Silver Dollat City and the strip. Would not recommend the Star restaurant on property. Went for breakfast and they had a buffet. Thought might as well do buffet since all other food was more pricey. Not very good. In their defense they were under staffed like most are these days. 2 nights in Branson is not enough. Condo seemed a bit pricey but it was Christmas time so nothing to compare to.

We stayed here from 12/17/21-12/19/21. The unit was very clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again! The only semi complaint we had was the coffee maker. It's very finicky and we could never figure it out. All in all, it's a great little place and I'd recommend this to anybody looking for a little weekend getaway!

This condo was beautiful and clean. Pretty close to main museums and attractions. The only issue was the noise from the upstairs guests. Even with that I would definitely stay here again.

Great time! Quiet area, loved the ground level with no stairs to climb. Favorite part was sitting on the back patio! Great view of the golfers passing through. Very pet friendly, living room and master have doors to the patio and place to walk your pet. We will book here again!

This condo is awesome! Very clean, well stocked and plenty of room for a large family. Great for people that can't do stairs, there's no steps at all to enter this condo. The beds were super comfortable, washer and dryer a lifesaver and we watched eagles flying around off the back porch! The owner was just a text away and answered any questions very quickly! Would definitely highly recommend this condo!

Trash dumpster out front was overflowing and on ground for two days. It is a walk-in unit BUT parking on the slanted parking lot was a real pain for people like with a walking disability — I wish I had known about that. More hand towels would have been nice. Other than that we thought it was a fantastic unit.

This place was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for the kids both younger and older. The shower in the master bath was wonderful after a long day of running around town! Relaxing by the fireplace and playing games with the kids was a perfect way to wind down at night too. Melinda was AWESOME! The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the safari themed room with the cougar in the corner! We had everything we needed in the stocked kitchen to fix breakfast each morning before heading out for the day. The condo is close enough to town and all the attractions, yet far enough away for some down time. Definitely recommend Melinda and her condos to anyone looking for a place in Branson that is family friendly. The kids are ready to head back to Branson already! We will see you again soon Melinda!

The condo was clean, organized and stocked with detergents, soaps and extra blankets. The washer/dryer was a huge help. The best part was no stairs. It is located on the bottom floor and you can hear the upstairs guest but that is not something that can be helped. It was one of the best we've stayed at in Branson and I'd definitely book again.
