About this cabin rental

Brand new 5BR cabin in downtown Pigeon Forge. Amazing location, NO steep roads, full amenities, sleeps 16 across 3 levels, can't go wrong!!

Do you need a larger cabin? This cabin has a sister cabin right next door. Both cabins, Thelma and Louise, are available for booking. Inquire with host.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking.

You get the whole house!

I will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

This cabin is in a community of other cabins, all paved roads and very easily accessible.

Parking will be allowed in the driveway up to 3-4 cars. Street parking is not allowed.

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Our family came in for Jeep Fest and honestly this home was fantastic! It was a great location and the cabin was exactly like we expected. Meagan was quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. I highly recommend this unit.

This cabin was a great fit for our group of 7 adults, 2 teens, and 6 little kids. We cooked and grilled and found the kitchen to be well supplied with cookware and dishes. The cabin location is very convenient to the parks and attractions where we were able to drop off and pick up family rather than having them pay for parking and ride the shuttle.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. My family and I have been traveling to Pigeon Forge for over 30 years and this by far was the best cabin we stayed in. Very clean, was bigger than expected, and the decor was so nice. We felt right at home and used the kitchen to our full advantage and even had all the stuff in the kitchen that we needed to make a homemade peach pie. We truly appreciated the space and will be back to stay again next summer or maybe earlier.

Cabin was excellent and having bathrooms for each bedroom made everyone comfortable. Megan our host, checked in with us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Excellent location to main drag. Would definitely recommend and would return in the future. Thank you!

Centrally located in Pigeon Forge. Food right at the bottom of the hill, routes to avoid the main strip which makes it convenient! Plenty of space for the whole family and excellent amenities, I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

The location I central to all the fun in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is beautiful, clean and well stocked with all supplies. It’s very spacious and was perfect for our large family. Megan stayed in contact before, during and after our stay. I will definitely choose this rental in the future.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and very clean! We had 10 people in this cabin everyone had their own room and bathroom. Made it so much easier with getting ready. The cabin is minutes away to everything in pigeon forge. Megan was very nice and responsive, when we had an issue with the door code. She replied back in a matter of minutes and fixed the code. Can’t say enough about this cabin and the host! Thanks Megan, for everything😊

The property was great, the place was very clean and the check-in process was easy. There were 14 of us staying for Thanksgiving and there was more than enough room for everyone. The location was great. It was easy getting to everything in Pigeon Forge. Definitely would reccomend staying here to others!

This property was new, and very nice. SUPER convenient to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. Everything was in great condition and the amenities were great. It was nice that everyone had their own bathroom and separate levels. The kids loved the movie chairs and big screen downstairs. A couple things to note, there is another cabin right next door, so there's not much privacy for the hot tub or area to play for kids outside. It's just a parking area and then a drop off in the back. Also, the drive up the cabin is well paved, but steep. If there's any ice or snow, you're not getting up that road even with 4wd.

The house was just the right size for our family. The kids had separate spaces to connect and play. Really worked well that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and plenty of space. The kitchen was spacious and laid out well for a large group. Megan was great with communication and follow up every step of the way. Would definitely book with her again!

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated home. Everything was perfect from the beginning of the stay especially with the communication with the owner. We arrived about 30 minutes early and asked if we could get in the house sooner than check in; she quickly responded and said we could but the cleaners might be just finishing up. The location could not be better, so close to the action and offered Much convenience. Not being used to hills and mountains

We loved this gorgeous well kept cabin. It was spacious and decorated lovely and modern with a farmhouse twist. The host was wonderful to work with and we can't imagine staying at another property. It's a great location as well! The only issue we have is it's such a late check-in at 4pm and such an early checkout at 10am. You pay a lot for the cabin and don't get the full time out of the booking that you could. Check-out should be at 12pm in our opinion based on how much we travel. Other than that, we highly recommend Megan and her property!!!

Megan was and awesome host! She responded promptly to all messages. The cabin has and awesome layout to handle 5 couples easily with each having a private bathroom. This was a newly constructed very clean and very well furnished cabin. The kitchen had all the necessities that you would need. Bathrooms were well equipped with towels. Location was perfect with easy access to back roads to navigate the Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley area without using the parkway much. Anyone looking for an awesome cabin and host (Megan) look no further. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Plenty of space for 9 of us to spread out. We were there over the fourth of July and were able to see the Pigeon Forge fireworks from the back decks and hot tub. We had a minor issue with ants, but Mega. was super responsive. It was a great stay!
