At ground floor is living room with fire place and entrance at terrace and dining room. Kitchen is fully furnished with proffesional equiptment. At ground floor is two suites and each suite has two bedroom, bathroom and exit on terrace. On the floor of the villa is 6 bedroom and each room has own bathroom and terrace.
In the basment is fireplace, billiard table, poker table, social room, relaxing room with sauna and whirlpool.
The villa i salso for people with disabillity and it has room for bikes and parking for guests.
Villa has big outdoor pool with solar cover. That solar cover is used for heating the water in the pool. Vill also have place for sunbathing, place for kids to play, outdoor barbecue and two place sin the shadow with chairs and table to launging.
This content rich house i sin the small and tipical fishing village Pomer in Medulin bay. The house is in the heart of village. The house is 500 m from the beach, marina and pine trees with equiptment for working out and playground for children. In the basement, Villa Vedorna has a rest and games room with billiards, table football and a poker table. Furniture to enjoy by the fireplace will make for a bigger experience.
From the playroom you enter the wellness area where there is a jacuzzi, sauna, deck chairs, shower, dressing room and toilets.
Also is just a couple kilometars from Medulin. Medulin is famous village for turists with beautiful sandy beach and family park with lots of rides, games and trampolines where a loto f kids will have fun. Only 6 kilometars from the house is national park Rt Kmenjak. Rt Kamenjak is the southest point on Istrian peninsula and it has a beautiful clear see and it is intersting place to explore and enjoy nature. For guests that want to have active rest, in the near area is surfing and diving centar, renting boat, quad, bicycles, motorbikes, bugys, paintball feald, playground for tennis, basketball, vollyball and soccer.
